It was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and honestly one of my favorite dishes from the trip. I also had a scallop dish that was just as good -- rich, well-seasoned, and beautifully prepared. On top of the food, they have a really strong wine selection, which made the experience even better. The overall vibe is polished and elevated without feeling too formal. Service was great, food came out on time, and everything felt intentional. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice dinner spot in St. Louis.

They have a great cocktail menu but we opted for a bottle of wine instead. The waiter was super helpful in helping us pick out a nice red blend. We got the octopus as a starter, which I don't personally love octopus, but my friend thought it was the best in stl. I also got the apple dish, which was listed under the salads but the waiter was sure to explain it's not an actual salad. Since it wasn't a full salad I also got the soup. Both the apple dish and soup were really good. It's street parking but there's lots of spots in the area. The bathroom is super nice with hairspray and mints if needed. Nice place for a good meal.

The menu follows right along with their creative, seasonal, and whimsical creations. I was here was a very last minute planned birthday gathering after a series of unfortunate events leading up to my birthday kept planning from happening sooner. There were only 6 of us, but they still made sure the dinner was spectacular and special for my birthday. The food was phenomenal and I need a whole series to go over the plethora of wines, beers, mocktails, cocktails, and more they offer! Having a mocktails list for my bestie was just an added bonus on top of everything else! I can't wait to come back again and try more deliciousness! Open the door, follow the hallway labeled "The Bellwether" to the elevator, select floor 3, enjoy the experience!

This is a very cute restaurant and gives you nice cozy vibes! Service was fast and efficient, which was nice for brunch. It wasn't too busy that morning. They also have a lot outside which makes parking very convenient. They have a pretty good assortment of options for breakfast and they had a special of a brunch burger, which someone in my party really enjoyed. I tried a tomato basil omelette which was OK. I think it needed a bit more flavor. The potatoes that came with it were very tasty.

A small plates restaurant that felt a little Italian. We make reservations and show up to this place that looks like a neighborhood pub. Quaint, in the corner, inviting light shining through medium sized windows. Inside, the vibes were a hybrid of someone's very nice dining room and an old western saloon. I know that's almost nonsensical, but the vibes were good. We felt right at home. Service was spot on. The server was very nice and new the menu pretty well. The food came out tapas style, so when something was ready, it just came right out. I like that. I like the periods where there are so many plates on the table at one time that it's overwhelming. What's what eating is all about. As for the food itself, it was good. I'll give a little blurb on each thing, as not to wear out your eyeballs. Crispy Artichokes (sauce au vert). These were fun and nice and crispy. Don't see artichokes like these very often. The sauce was a little weak, though. Didn't exactly go well with these fried little morsels. 'Nduja Croquetas (bomba rice, spicy prosciutto, fontina, grenada pepper aioli). Wow, now these little flavor bombs cannot be missed. Spicy sausage arancinis with a nice peppery aioli to dip. An intensely flavorful little dish that I loved. Can't find it on the menu, maybe it was seasonal, maybe it was a special, but we had a bone marrow French onion soup that was nice. The soup was good good. Very well developed flavors. The marrow bone was a little sloppy, though, and we got a transverse cut of bone, leaving very little marrow to access. Next were the Mussels (green garlic broth, Spanish vermouth, pickled peppers, spring onions, grilled LF bread). Very well cooked mussels, sitting in a lovely broth to dip your bread in. Ask for extra bread. But do not ask for extra of that sauce. That was really bad sauce. Sauce work seems to be this place's only weak point. Probably the biggest dish of the night, the Bolognese Bianco (Newman Farms pork & mushroom bolognese, bucatini, gremolata, parmigiano reggiano). This was a really nice pasta dish! Love those big, thicc bucatini noodles. Flavorful bolognese, great texture from the gremolata, and just cheesy enough to make this probably the most complete dish of the night. Then finally the Sea Scallops (ramp soubise, morel mushrooms, house-cured pancetta). Scallops were scored and cooked to look like fine art. Light scallops paired with nice umami from the morels and the pancetta, all tied together by that nice soubise. You don't see that very often either. We ended the meal with a Sticky Toffee Pudding (apple & date cake, apple brandy toffee, crème chantilly, marcona almond tuile). Chef's kiss. Such a delicate sponge with a nice date flavor. Then boom, the sweet boozy toffee, the creamy chantilly, the texture from the tuile. Every element helped make this a great dessert to end a great meal. Overall, another very pleasant surprise. This was a very good dinner, and I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in St. Louis again.

Very nice people who knew the menu very well, and the food came out at lightning speed. The food was so good, too. An eclectic, semi-Italian tapas menu with some real bangers on it. Lots of great sauce work, too. Cons: No real cons. Whatever spread that was on the bread with the mussels was absolutely terrible, so avoid that if you can. But everything else was great! Tips: Artichokes were great, scallops were great, sticky toffee pudding was great. It was all great!

The worst aspect is the ventilation which needs much work. We came out smelling so greasy and smokey. We seated ourselves and waited a minute for our waitress to assist us. She kept saying she was new, that it was like her second day or something and didn't quite know the menu. She also didn't know how to make a drink, with that being the case why are you allowed to make any cocktails. If you have a limited cocktail menu but an extensive bar selection you would think their cocktail specials were on point. Nooooo. The BF tried a margarita special and it was awful. I tried a special crafted cocktail that was cool that our waitress asked the guy bartending to specially make because she had no clue about what I was talking about. I hate going to a spot where I make drinks better than the bartenders on hand and that's your job. The BF ordered the the garlic burger and I ordered the Korean wings which NEVER came out because our waitress forgot to order them. So I shared food with the BF. The burger was extremely underwhelming, not seasoned at all. How do you specialize in burgers and mess that up. The best item we ate was the fries and the comedy show was good. I love dinner and entertainment. We are burger enthusiast and if this what your restaurant specializes in I expect to be wowed. We saw all the social media hype surrounding this place and were so excited to try them. To find out it was ALL just hype is a real let down. No we will not be returning, the burgers and service speak for themselves.

They're known for their smash burgers and seasoned fries. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the food bc I had dinner plans, but I did stay for a couple drinks. They have a great selection of spirits and cocktail specials. My friend got a tequila sunrise, so I followed suit. The pour was quite generous, I must say, and I'm def not complaining. The drink was smooth, with the perfect amount of tequila and sweetness. The bartenders working were both friendly and sociable. The vibe was relaxed and is a great alternative when things get too crazy at the dam. While I only got drinks, I'll for sure be back. The smells alone (all good of course) will have you lingering back!
