The wide selection of fresh ingredients allowed everyone to customize their omelet exactly to their liking. One especially thoughtful touch that impressed everyone was that, after placing an omelet order, the hot dish was personally delivered to guests wherever they were seated. Trevor and Ethan arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. for my 11:00 a.m. party and immediately began preparing everything from scratch.
