As we board the yacht we met Victor Romero who was wearing sushi chef attire and introduced himself as the Sushi Chef for the evening. When I saw the giant wooden sushi boats I knew this would be a treat, and boy was I right. Victor was below deck preparing a feast of extravagantly decorated sushi arrangements. Of course I had to grab a video of this unexpected feast in progress. About two hours into the cruise he brought out four massive boats loaded with vibrantly strategically positioned fresh sushi. Some of the guests including me were hardcore sushi fanatics so the first boat was devoured quickly.
