Tried the lunch special (to go) which included a tandoori chicken leg, butter chicken, dal makhani, naan, salad and dessert. The tandoori chicken leg was delicious. The butter chicken consisted of a few boneless, very tender pieces of chicken, but it was drowning in sauce. Way too much sauce. I mean so much sauce that at first I didn't even realize the chicken was in there. The Dal was only okay. Not too spicy, which is what I asked for. The dessert was about 1/4 cup of mixed fruit lassi. It was fair, not great. I said I didn't want rice, but when I opened the container, there was a huge portion of rice. The rice was in the container with the chicken leg & salad. The salad, which consisted predominantly of red onions, ended up all mixed in amongst the rice. It was nearly impossible to separate the salad from the rice, so basically the salad might as well have been nonexistent. The thing that saved it was that delicious drumstick. Really, that tandoori drumstick was among the best I've ever had. The price for the lunch special was reasonable. Menu prices range from $5-$10 for appetizers, $10-$22 for main courses, with most priced in the $12-$16 range. I'd go again just for the tandoori chicken. read more

Delivered on time, carefully packed food arrived still piping hot. Delicious butter chicken and chicken korma dishes - accompanied with pretty good naan. Very generous portions - enough for a second dinner tomorro. Can't wait to order from Tandoori Fusion again! read more

My indian neighbour, who is an excellent cook, said this place is the best Indian food outside of Surrey. She was 100% right. The Tikka Masala is to die for. So much flavour and rich spices. My taste buds hadn't seen that much action since my 8 year old self tried pop rocks for the first time. I've been back over a dozen times and always order enough for leftovers. Try this place out! read more

I have to say this is one of the best places in Kits to get take-out! If you want fantastic flavor and good sized portions this is your place to eat! I've ordered from them several times and they are 100% consistent for me. Don't hesitate to give them a try! read more

This was the first Indian restaurant I tried on my trip to Vancouver and it was a very lucky find. We made the safe order - Chicken Vindaloo and Channa Masala - as we had never eaten here before. The vindaloo was incredibly flavourful and delicious, with tender chicken. The Channa Masala was similarly excellent, with complex flavours and a great consistency to the sauce. The garlic Naan was arguably the best Naan I've tasted. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, and the staff were pleasant and efficient. Our server, Kiran, was very polite and nice. The restaurant was also busy, a good sign, and several of the customers I saw were Indian, an even better sign at a restaurant like this. One note: they did not ask how spicy I would like the dishes to be, and brought rather mild food to me. So if you like it hot, be sure to tell them! read more

The appetizers tasted great, but I found tiny chunks of meat in my vegetarian meal. That was not okay. Great place for those who eat meat. Absolutely awful for vegetarians and vegans. read more

This place is one big joke. I ve ordered food at 6:45 for an hour later, they ve asked me if we can make it 8 - I ve agreed. 8:10 my first phone to restaurant "driver is on it s way". 8:20 another phone - same story (they didn t bother to call and check, just guessed). I said I ll be out of there to eat something as I m starving at 8:30....driver apparently came at 8:45 that s 2 HOURS after placing the order. AVOID! It gets better!: After placing this review I got a call from them. They were talking to my with accusing tone, only apologise after I said they should and said they will deliver the food right now. It's 9:45 pm! 3 hours after placing the order...and it's same food, so it's also cold for sure. They've put me on hold and then offered it for 50%...after I've already eaten. I find it hard to believe, if they wanted to make it right they should offer a discount for new fresh delivery, not to give me the cold food when I don't need it! They surely don't care about the customer, they care about their profit, they wanted to make just a little bit if they couldn't make all. I'm disgusted. read more

Food was great. Delivery was slow and wrong though. They weren't very good at correcting their mistake after the fact. Best way to judge a business is how they fix mistakes. I won't order delivery here again but might eat in. read more

Chef’s Flavour - Delivery came w/o butter chicken and the kitchen forgot and never checked it off. How can you make such a simple mistake? - Indian Near Me - Vancouver, British Columbia

Love this place. Got their lunch specials - butter chicken and lamb curry. Comes with rice, naan, curry, chickpeas and desert. Very filling, great quality. Well worth what we paid for. read more

Big fan of their butter chicken. I like how they provide complementary tasters and the service is consistently good. We don't experiment too much as we love the butter chicken and is our go-to. The garlic naan is to die for! read more

So flavorful and satisfying... Perfect little lunch special with a taste of everything! My veggie lunch had an appetizer potato patty with chutney, Dal, Mutter Aloo, rice, naan, side salad and a mango dessert. It was only $10!!! I will for sure be back :) read more

The food is good really good! We were ripped off ordering wine. The waitress brought us no more than 3 ounces instead of 6 and when we politely asked if it really was six, she rolled her eyes, said "probably" and walked away. Hopefully they look at ways of improving their service read more

The food here is absolutely AMAZING; I was so happy to discover this gem when I moved to kits! I'm addicted to the Chicken Hyderabadi and Kashmiri Pulao. I usually get takeout, and those two dishes + a nan bread = 2=3 meals! I really should explore the menu more but keep going back for the same wonderful dish. The place is really busy (no wonder!) so if you're dining in, it's best to book a table. There are also a couple of tables outside. This is great value for money, too, considering how big the portions are. Highly recommended! read more

Sorry for not getting here earlier. I have been looking for a good Indian since I moved back form England and this is probably the best in town. The portions were very generous, the was naan spot on, the chicken jalfrezi - which they made special for us, eggplant was smooth and tasty, saag ghost - the land was tender with no gristle. Looking forward to going back and telling anyone... read more

The food was great! It was quiet tasty but since we ordered quite small, the waitress seems to be quite rude or being unfriendly to us. Me and my friend ordered one naan, one rice and one curry (beef). The curry was pretty salty but it is great! read more

My new go-to Indian takeout in Kits! Lots of meat in the dishes and they know how to turn up the heat. Bonus is that they don't close mid-afternoon like some other restaurants so you can order any time of day! read more

Came here this week for dinner. Had the butter chicken and vegetable jalfrezi. Service was nice, food and portions were good.

We absolutely loved this place. The naan with peas was fabulous, as well as the vegetable korma, which my wife could not stop raving about. The chicken tikka masala was also outstanding. The service was great, and they started us out with a free appetizer. Heartily recommended. read more

Busy Indian restaurant located in the heart of Kits - for a table of 2 we waited about 20 minutes to be seated on a Saturday night. We ordered samosas, butter chicken, mutter paneer and garlic naan. The garlic naan was surprisingly the stand out "dish". The butter chicken was tasty but not better tasting than any other butter chicken in the city. We did not prefer the mutter paneer, was very bland despite requesting extra heat. All in all this is worth a visit or take out order if you're in Kits but I would not make a special trip there. read more

This place is not bad but not good. Very small portions and overpriced. Would only go for big social events

This has become our go to place for butter chicken. Arguably one of the best in the city for butter chicken. Paneer is really delicious. Great service and clean and nice atmosphere. We used to drive to Fraser or Main Streets for our tandoori fix. Glad we discovered this place close to home. read more

This is one of my secret haunts - it's unpretentious, quiet, humble and my favourite Indian restaurant in the city. It's easily missed, tucked away in a corner of Kitsilano. It's more of a neighbourhood restaurant than a destination for dining out. The decor is... not what I come here for. I frequent the area every so often for appointments and when I can, I enjoy a comfort meal here. By that, I mean emotionally comforting. It's certainly not something that I could stomach every day, the meals are sizeable and quite rich. It also really doesn't help being lactose and wheat intolerant, but those silver platters are irresistable, and so, on the occasion, I sacrifice my health for their delicious butter chicken, gulab jamun and truly, the tastiest naan. I'll deal with the consequences later. read more

We ordered two vegetarian items (paneer makhani and malai kofta), and both were the best we've eaten at any Indian restaurant.

Friends took us here for lunch the other day and we thought this was truly one of the best Indian meals we've ever had. The chicken pakora was delicious and the mixed grill and veggie curry was really over the top. Super friendly service. Highly recommend. read more

A family favorite.. My 3 year old can't get enough of the chicken tikka and homemade naan, and neither can we! The best takeout / delivery in kits, no question! read more

Really good food and superb service! They started by giving us an appy on the house, delivered perfect service every step of the way. Must be family owned and run since that's the only time I ever see service this good. Will definitely return. read more

Got takeout from them twice. The first time rice was great, but naan tasted old and malai kofta was super heavy despite being quite tasty. The second time the rice was completely bland, and our butter chicken was a huge disappointment. Not coming back. read more

One of the best Indian restaurants in Vancouver. Rich and comforting flavours prepared carefully.

Our favorite local indian food. We regularly get the palak paneer, butter chicken and veggie pakora. No complaints. The service is always very friendly and helpful. read more

This place is amazing! My kids and I are regulars. Aside from the fab food, they're also great and very accommodating with my children, one of whom is special needs. read more

It doesn't look like much from the outside but don't be deceived, this is some of the best Indian food you'll find in Vancouver. The flavours are out of this world; even just the rice and naan are fantastic. Two of us ordered 4 dishes and we were stuffed, with enough leftovers for about 3 lunches, and at a great price. Be sure to check it out when in Kits! read more

OMG! Best butter chicken I have had in all of Vancouver - on par with the one had at chutney villa on main and Broadway !!!!! Delicious. Also had a mango lassi which was fantastic. The paratha was not as good as the one they have at Chutney villa though. I will try their naan instead next time. Don't go anywhere else in kits if you're craving Indian!!! We ordered delivery and service was fast and food arrived scorching hot! Big portions as well - was enough for two dinners for two! YUM!!!! read more

Had take-out 4x and can't complain. The chicken is a higher quality than expected! Always busy and fresh. Great value for your money. Highly recommend. read more

Great lunch special! Found this place on the way to the Museum of Vancouver. Very reasonable prices.

Hands down best, most fresh and authentic Indian food in town. I have three recommendations: Chicken Tikka Masala, a scrumptious curry, Chicken Biriyani and papri chaat. Heaven on a plate. read more

Excellent flavours . Don't miss the mango dessert

I love coming here for curry! The servers are all really nice and accommodating, and their food is scrumptious. I like what they do with their butter curry dishes -- there's a delightful hint of chai that elevates the curry and it doesn't feel heavy and greasy. Both their vegetarian and meat curry dishes are done really well, though I do avoid getting chicken curry of any kind as it tends to be just a tad too well-cooked for me. I love their beef and lamb dishes -- they really give you really big chunks of meat for your money. They also deep-fry food really well -- their pakora is my favourite of anywhere in Vancouver. It's nice and crunchy on the outside, and warm and soft on the inside. Their dips are also really good too. And Tandoori Fusion has a really personal touch as well, as they give complimentary dishes semi-regularly. And they're not always just sampler-sized. I had a full plate of onion rings on the house once, and a small bowl of soup (super flavourful!) on multiple occasions. Note that you get the choice between free naan OR rice if you order take-out, and you'll have to pay if you're dining in the restaurant. read more

Absolutely loved the food . Very friendly staff and excellent food , authentic Indian food . I think by far this is the best Indian restaurant in Kits . We ordered two dishes and two naan but the portions are huge that the three of us couldn't finish it. read more

This is my favourite Indian restaurant in all of Vancouver. I bring anyone and everyone who likes Indian food here! The staff is very friendly and incredibly accommodating. My boyfriend has a very specific food allergies, and everyone is always very patient with showing him what he can and can't have on the menu. The restaurant itself is kept very clean. The food portions are way too big for one person to finish, so great for sharing, and everything is priced reasonably. Go check out this place, you won't be disappointed!! (The naan is amazing!) read more
