We had a brunch style baby shower and we got chicken and waffles, 2 different style quiches (wild mushroom& gruyere Cheese and sundried tomatoes and olives), bagels and homemade lox, french toast bake with blueberries, 2 different types of gourmet sandwiches (Grilled Garlic, Lavender, Rosemary Marinated Skirt Steak with Garlic Aioli and Arugula & Rosemary Grilled Chicken, Jarlsberg Cheese, Leaf Lettuce and Dijon), Strawberry Salad with Spinach and Avocado, Winter breakfast hash, a granola bar, and a baby carriage watermelon with fruits. Everyone who came had nothing but good things to say about the food and people kept asking who the caterer was. Even my parents (who have the highest standards) couldn't stop speaking about it. The ingredients were high quality and flavors were phenomenal. He has a great personality as well. He would be excellent to hire for a small group party, a large business event, a girl's night at a friend's house, etc. He charges roughly $125 per person for the experience we had. Completely worth it and I can't wait to hire him to host a friend group at my new house in the future. He is the only certified private chef in the Pittsburgh area. It was a fabulous night!
