The space is a nice size and able to accommodate a nice size group of people. The kitchen offers just about any tool you may need to put together great dishes. The classes are geared for all skill levels. All of the ingredients are prepped and ready to go. Recipes are printed out and placed at your station. The staff works to clean as we go to keep work stations tidy. Jackie, the chef and proprietor has a wealth of knowledge and experience. The recipes are her own creation and were thoughtfully curated for the evening. She and her team are exceptionally hospitable and made for a fun experience. The class is well organized and the evening flowed well culminating into a wonderful feast. Everything was absolutely delicious. This is one of the last kitchens they have. And oh what a wonderful venue! I so so miss the cooking classes! A beautiful venue and the food was artistically prepared and presented. Classes can be found via Eventbright and reserving a spot is super easy, not as clunky as before. I also felt that prices were reasonable. We took a mixology class with Lorna, our first class post Pandemic, and we loved it! Lorna was so much fun and easy-going. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and also provided easy to follow instructions on how to build our own cocktails (mocktails, too!).
