They were beef meatballs with Moroccan‐seasoned BBQ rub spices. Even though the meat was amazing, I settled on a lighter dish: the spinach & feta sandwich. Each sandwich is a pita wrap with diced tomatoes and onions. You can get the Harissa sauce in the sandwich or on the side. It's a mild level of spicy. It lingers on your palate for awhile after you're finished--a satisfying feeling. The truck also serves plates with the same meats--all plates are gluten free too.
