I loved how the tour was small making it feel like a more intimate experience. They gave us a sample of their guava cider which was absolutely delicious, we actually ended up purchasing some to take home. The wine tasting was so fun as we were able to choose which ones we wanted to try. The servers were so helpful and knowledge on which ones to try and which to stay away from if there was one in particular you didnt like. The grounds were also very beautiful. Overall, this was a fun activity to do on a Saturday!

The food quality was underwhelming for the price. Buffet stations were frequently empty and took a long time to be refilled. The chicken paella was so salty it was nearly inedible, and the fried chicken was dry and lacked flavor. Overall, the food felt more comparable to a basic hotel breakfast buffet than a $65-per-person Mother's Day event. Service was also lacking. Our waiter rarely checked on our table, and we repeatedly had to get up and seek assistance ourselves. Several aspects of the event felt misleading. There was no clear indication during booking that the event would primarily be outdoors. We were seated in one of the elevated booths in the back where the fans provided very little airflow, making it uncomfortable. The advertised "live music" consisted of a single performer who was barely audible from our table. To add to the disappointment, the waterfall walkway was closed, which was one of the features we were most looking forward to enjoying while visiting the property. The only bright spots were the woman working at the front, who was kind and professional, and the employee at the omelet station, who was friendly and attentive. We chose Schnebly's for a special Mother's Day celebration because we had high expectations for both the venue and the experience. Unfortunately, we left feeling that the event did not deliver the quality, service, or value that was advertised. I also reached out directly to management regarding these concerns and, as of the time of this review, have not received a response.

Fantastic place, fantastic owner, fantastic Mead!!!…read more I can't speak highly enough about this very cool place. They make all their own mead and it is all delicious. They owner was out bartender and he was a wealth of information. He was so helpful and friendly helping us make our choices. We tried 12 different flavors and even took a bottle home with us. Summer are sweeter than others, but all are wonderfully designed and brewed. I will definitely be back.

I finally got the chance to check them out one afternoon when I was in the area. Brewlihan Mead is a 1,700-square-foot mead house and tasting room owned by John and Stacey Hoolihan. John had a background in science education and started out brewing as a hobby. What turned into a passion became a business. Brewlihan Mead is the first commercial meadery in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Mead, sometimes called honey wine is an alcoholic beverage made from three ingredients: fermented honey, water and yeast. It is the first alcoholic beverage consumed by mankind and is believed to predate wine by nearly three thousand years. Since the taste of honey can vary by region, mead can have a diverse and complex flavor profile. To make the mead at Brewlihan, the water, yeast and honey is placed in fermentation tanks with fruit and then aged in oak barrels for 2 to 5 months. You can take your mead to go in cans or they have a nice bar inside the tap room where you can enjoy your drink. I took my mead home and while I enjoyed all of it, my favorite was Winter in So Fla which truly evoked the tropical feel of a winter in Florida. Mead is a great alone or as a pairing to a meal. If you are a mead enthusiast they have memberships for $300 with a host of benefits listed on their website. Whether a casual or refined drinker of mead, you are sure to find something unique and delicious here. John and Stacy are so warm and friendly and this is the kind of science I really enjoy.

The Best Decision We Made for Our Son's Wedding Celebration…read more Some moments in life become unforgettable, and celebrating the wedding of our son, and our daughter-in-law, is one of them. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Pembroke Pines for making one of the most important days of our lives absolutely perfect. My wife and I are proud Wine Club members, and every visit has been exceptional. When our son, and our daughter-in-law began planning their celebration, I told them, "I already know where we need to celebrate this special day." God is great, and He placed Jennifer Sierra, Private Events Coordinator, in our path. From our first conversation, Jennifer was a blessing. She didn't treat this as just another event, she planned it, cared for it, and loved it as if it were her own wedding. After more than 38 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, I know what exceptional service looks like. Jennifer exceeded every expectation. Every detail was flawless. Even while I was overseas for 22 days before the wedding, she was always available, responsive, and one step ahead, giving us complete peace of mind. Today, with her permission, I can truly say she is part of our family. The entire Cooper's Hawk team was outstanding. Every server, runner, assistant, manager, and leader worked together to create an unforgettable experience for our family and guests. A special thank you to Yalber, Ulu, and Salvador. If you're planning an event at Cooper's Hawk, ask for these three gentlemen. They delivered some of the finest service I have seen in my career, treating every guest with professionalism, warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care. I also want to recognize General Managers Ernesto and Marcelo. Ernesto has taken care of us during many Wine Club visits. His professionalism, welcoming smile, and the way he always asked our son, and our daughter-in-law, "When is the big day?" made us feel like family. His leadership played a major role in our decision to celebrate here. Marcelo, thank you for your kindness, leadership, and support. Even with a busy restaurant, you made us feel like we were the only guests. You have built one of the finest teams I have ever seen. And finally, Andrea, you are amazing! You treated this event as your own, staying until the very end to ensure everything was perfect. You weren't just an Assistant Manager, you became part of our family's celebration. Your passion for hospitality shines through in everything you do. As I always tell my sons, "Don't chase money. Chase your passion, and everything else will follow." Andrea, you are living proof of that. If you're looking for the perfect place to celebrate one of life's most important moments, stop searching. Call Jennifer Sierra or Andrea at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Pembroke Pines. It will be one of the best decisions you'll ever make. To Jennifer, Andrea, Ernesto, Marcelo, Yalber, Ulu, Salvador, and the entire Cooper's Hawk team, thank you for your professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and, above all, the love you poured into our family's special day. You didn't simply host our wedding celebration, you created memories our family and friends will cherish for a lifetime. May God continue to bless each of you. You truly are the best of the best.

I found their wines (especially their reds) to be very enjoyable and Bob's ability to explain the intricacies of each varietal to be extraordinary. I enjoyed their wines so much after participating in a couple of tastings that I joined their wine guild where I receive discount specials on many bottles of wine for us to enjoy and complimentary tastings as well as other perks. For my money, the Vulcan and Apollo are my favorite red wines, which suits my palate quite wonderfully. Their rose and sparkling wines are additionally very good. They pair well with a variety of different foods for lunch and dinner. They have recently upgraded their tasting room located at the Palm Beach Polo & Country Club in Wellington, which comprises three intimate tasting rooms. Since I had a complimentary tasting to use recently, I took my wife there for the first of two celebrations we had scheduled for our dating anniversary (yes, we still celebrate those). We had sampled at least four wines including their bubbly, their rose, and their Mars red. Loren took good care of us, providing us with great charcuterie and cheese and different olive oil dippings with which to enjoy. She was incredibly accommodating and friendly and made our experience wonderful during our two hour tasting. We finished with some amaretto and truffles, which were also good and tasty. They have a lot of events they do on a monthly basis that are fun. I will definitely be taking advantage of them in 2024. So will my wife.

The wine specialist spoke about the wines and gave us a good education about the wine process. The venue is located in a guarded country club development. It was hard to find without specific directions. The room was intimate with all the tables beautifully set up with lots of various wine glasses, plates and silverware. The homemade bread was awesome. Unfortunately the wines weren't our cup of tea but it was nice to try different varieties- 3 whites and 3 reds. The appetizers were beautifully served variety of cheese, olives, cured meats, crackers and nuts. The homemade chocolate truffles were quite an indulgence. This is a nice place to have an event to network or entertain. The wine being sold is expensive. The staff helping to serve were amicable and efficient. This was a nice event to attend.
