Let me first say that if this was my only exposure to Cheddar's I would never come back. However, I keep trying this location thinking that surely they will improve. Nope. I will say that our server was very good. I was here for lunch. My Monte Cristina was cold. My fires were stone cold. And my drink, Texas Sweet Tea which I usually guzzle was definitely off in taste. In early February I came there to celebrate my birthday. I must say that the customer service was HORRIBLE!! We ended up waiting for about 2 hours. My dad got there at 7:00 pm and by 10:00, we STILL didn't have a table. It was as if they were trying to avoid getting us a table. I asked what the deal was but the Hostess said that the only available table that was large enough for the party was occupied. When I come here, the service and food is good. That day, we ended up going to O'Charleys instead. Overall, I would not recommend Cheddars if you have an allotted time frame. The wait was bad and its just too tight. Some of the servers act like they dont want to be there and have a bad attitude and the saddest part is waiting for a table while 3 hostess stand and stare at a seating chart when there are alot of open tables but we are still waiting I guess they think that seating chart will change with out them doing anything I guess my issues with it is the service could be better read more

I was dragged to the Cheddars by an associate of mine. It was a pleseant meal going experience, and the place was clean and the staff was friendly, etc. But what I really want to talk about is the menu. Let me tell you something: If Mengele had been born much later, and most likely not been a nazi, he'd have been an architect on the Cheddar's menu. I was sitting there at the table, looking it over, kind of at a crossroads at what to get. Everything looked the same as most theme resturaunts you find yourself floating into. I mean, based on the menu, you could've told me that I was in an applebee's and I probably would have believed you. Taking a stab in the dark, I decided to get the Monte Cristo mostly because he was my favorite count and it's a good book. Seriously. That was my only criteria for ordering the meal. Here's how the online menu describes it: "Roast turkey and hickory smoked ham with two cheeses on fresh bread, battered and lightly fried, with raspberry preserves." That's no joke, people. This was a sandwich that was Dr. Moreau'd (to keep with bad literay references) into a dessert pastry. Was it good? Yes, it really was. Was it absolutely bizarre? Oh my God, yes. You had the saltiness of the meat clashing vigorously with the overwhemling sweetness of the glazed and fried... Listen to me! This is one of the most bizarre things I've ever eaten in my life! But I kind of liked it. Not the sort of place you probably want to eat if you're on a diet, but otherwise, pretty nice. read more

This restaurant is abysmal. I came here to meet my brother and his wife after a long day of work and travel. The service was slow and while my water glass was filled multiple times, the tea was never refilled. My brother ordered the spinach dip as an appetizer. You could not taste the spinach through the overpowering blend of nameless cheeses and the salsa that it came with though decently spicy lacked flavor behind it's flame. I don't like salad, so when I ordered my vegetable plate I requested the waitress ask if a soup had chicken broth in it. After the fuss I made about soup she didn't think to warn me that there was meat in the red beans and rice which was one of the sides I ordered along with, broccoli, macaroni and cheese, black beans, and because I couldn't eat the rice an Apple and yogurt medley that came with a salad and a croissant. The salad was decent and looked fresh. I don't eat lettuce so I picked out the carrot slivers and two tomatoes. The broccoli was wilted, over boiled, under salted and beginning to turn brown in the stems. The macaroni was crusty and tasted like water wearing a cheese costume. It seems like it was left under the heating lamp too long. The beans tasted like water unless you bit through a piece of raw onion or jalapeno. I am not a fan of raw onion. The apple medley should be called the white raison medley, because the sheer amount of discolored white raisins overpowered the granny smith apple. This medley was drenched in an overly sugared, syrupy yoghurt much like the gogurt that was given to children in the 90's. The croissant was nice but drenched in sickening melted honey butter. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. read more

Apparently the local standards for stars are a bit different than mine. Don't get me wrong there is nothing "bad" about this place but it's surely not a 4 or 5 star experience. The service is a bit slow, the food is decent, and the place is always overly crowded and busy. My meal was decent I had the honey dijon chicken which was pretty good but the veggies were blah. The green beans were bland, the mac and cheese was ok, and mixed veggies were over steamed. I will probably be back but I don't forsee being a regular. read more

We are traveling and stop in Warner Robin's for the night. We had eaten at Cheddars once before and was pleased so decided to try it again. Keep in mind only 2 of us, the young kid maybe 17 years old at the front door said 10 to 15 minute wait. Ok not bad what about the bar? No it's full too. We went into bar had 4 or 5 tables empty.... so we sat down and this is where it took a turn for the better. We met Robyn, she was alone but she had things really going smoothly. Friendly and very personable. She kept watching how long we were there and finally said this is enough had us follow her she seated us at a table with the best server I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was awesome as well. The food was very good the croissants were delicious. But they did have some server issues. Not Robyn and the sweet server we had. But would definitely stop here when we are in the area. read more

It was the first and last time I will eat there I called in a order I told the woman I had to separate orders so I gave her the first order then she asked what's the second order I gave it to her she gave me a time to pick it up when I got there she told me my order wasn't ready I was on my break from work to go pick up the food one order was my boss's the I asked how my longer and told her I was on my break she said 10-15 minutes it wasn't 5 minutes and the other lady brought out more to go orders my food was to be ready at 7:45 here it's 8:05 she Looks at the manes on the bags and the order the other lady was mines sitting there for 15 minutes finally she rung up my order she gave me the total and she put the orders on 1 bill I explained I need the receipt cause the one order was my boss's she had to get the manager to separate the bills 15 minutes later he finally got it separated on 2 bills she rings up my boss's order I pay it I paid the second bill I told her I need the receipt she never even asked if I wanted a receipt so she had to get the manager again 20 minutes later he finally got it out of the computer all she had to do was give me the first one that came out of the register the first time by the time I got back to work I was a half hour late getting back to work and the food was cold it went right in the garbage so I willl never go or order from there again read more

There isn't much in Warner Robins, but there is a Cheddar's. I never know what to think of this place. It's not bad, but it's not good. It runs right down the middle, and while I always get a veggie plate, I can't help but watch in disgust when someone orders the fried sandwich covered in sugar. Ack. The veggie plate is always decent and the food is fresh. The servers are friendly and it's one of the cheaper spots in town, so my friends who live here get me back often enough. I had the steak & ribs combo at the bar. The food was very good, better than expected. The steak was cooked perfectly and the riibs were awesome. The service was not the best. The waitress acted like it was her first day until another waitress took over. Maybe a little more training was needed. Overall very good and affordable. Pouring down rain. Got to the receptionist. She asked my name which is Susanna she laughed and said I will just use Susie. Not cool. I am a mature woman not a little girl. Next she said we had to wait outside (again pouring rain) and I am already wet. Or we could wait in between the two doors which already had a family of four. Will not go back and will not recommend to any of our friends. Oh and there was mo one in the front area of the restaurant. It was also 3:00 in the afternoon, so there weren't that many in the restaurant. Why would you send someone out in the rain??? Cheddar's is a nice, affordable, casual lunch/dinner option with generous portions. I almost always end up taking at least 1/4 of my meal home. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap is delicious, about the price of a burger most places and definitely large enough to split between two people. Excellent service, for good food at a great price. I've been here numerous times now and have only been disappointed once or twice. The menu has plenty to choose from no matter what you are in the mood for. Two of my favorites are the Grilled Chicken Ciabatta sandwich or the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. The burgers are also done really well. So far I haven't tried something there that I didn't enjoy. The restaurant is exactly what the name says, a casual cafe. It's a nice place to stop by for a quick lunch or dinner, especially when you are on a budget. read more

Every time we visit this location there are problems with the service and/or the food. Today's visit was no different. My son has a gluten allergy and ordered off of the gluten menu. His steak was delivered on a bed of fried onions (not gluten free). I ordered a side salad and soup. The salad was delivered with our egg which is standard and the soup was ice cold. To top it off they forgot to enter one of our parties orders. Everyone was done eating before the missing meal was delivered. Management was notified and the female manager had no response. ZERO! Every time we go we say we won't be back. This time we definitely will not. Cheddars in other locations are great. The Warner Robins location is the worst! read more

Don't have a party of 11! We waited over an hour just to be told we would needed to divide up our party to be seated! Georgia law states that there can only be ten chairs around the table they said. So I was ask if any one could use a high chair . No toddlers in our family right now. So we walked around the dining room and saw more than ten chairs at other large parties? So basically they just had more than they could handle so we should just leave. Will never go back. read more
