Well this location came in clutch during a dance competition. It had been a long day and everything around the convention center was packed, and we showed up and were pleasantly surprised. We got a booth right away. Our server took fantastic care of us. Our food was hot, fresh and tasty. If we are at in the area at a competition or at the outlets we will definitely be back.

Located by the outlets. Despite being pretty busy, we were seated right away. It was near the end of the lunch shift so there were maybe two empty tables with dishes but overall establishment was considered clean. Service was good, our waiter was very attentive. When I found a piece of hair on my monte cristo sandwich, the manager immediately removed the dish from our bill and came by to apologize. Overall a good experience despite the hair in my food.

It was really good I ate the queso fries it was really good also ate a little bit of it with ranch chefs kiss would go back if I had nowhere else to eat

Strawberry lemonade was so refreshing! Buffalo chicken wrapper with fries was just ok. The entire wrap fell apart because it was too hard of a tortilla. I ended up just eating the chicken on its own, which was spicy (which I like)

Our bartender was great! I wish we got her name but she kept us entertained during the end of her bar shift. Cheddars is always a classic and you can't go wrong with the queso or croissants. Quick service and good food.

    Their lightly frosted, buttery croissants!

The food was great, for a great price! Better than across the freeway aCracker Barrell, and for a much better price.

    Wrong burger

Staff were friendly , pretty slow. Only 2 other People inside. Drive thru had a few cars. Ordered a Double Big Bacon Classic. Don't think that's what I got. Should have checked there but was just ready to leave

So we stopped by here on the way home from a volleyball tournament. The hostess was friendly and sat us quickly and our waitress was amazing!! My only disdain is the section we were seated in was dirty there was stuff all over the floor. Secondly, I understand that closing duties must be performed but we were the only table in our section when this employee started vacuuming while constantly being on her phone. We could barely hear each other. We didn't get a chance to eat due to it storming so we opted for Togo boxes and again our server was amazing and brought out to go containers quickly. Even though we didn't get to eat on location our food was still delicious once we made it home and warmed it back up.

You'll experience the inviting ambience we've enjoyed the minute you step along the courtyard then encounter welcoming and accommodating hostesses. You'll discover the same unique, rich, warm interior we discovered; an elegance to be appreciated, which bows to unpretentious Texas hospitality. You'll again be greeted by a helpful, charming, engaging waitperson. Our latest waitperson was Sami, a delightful young lady who tended to us as if we were her only table. You'll discover a menu with great selections with Chef Monty's personal flair and reasonably priced. If he can free himself, you'll most likely meet Monty, both owner and chef. It's hard to imagine a nicer guy unless it's Kyle, the manager! Palmer's atmosphere is suitable for casual conversation over a meal, for Sunday brunch, an anniversary, or a romantic date night. One of our favorite activities is evenings in the courtyard with wine and appetizers. Also, it's difficult to resist their desserts, by the way! Reservations are accepted on a limited basis, but "call ahead" is always available. There, I've said it. Against my better judgement, you now what I you know. The rest is up to you.

The food portions were surprisingly small for the price -- honestly small enough for a toddler. However, i prefer the Graduate plate and I will say the mashed potatoes were incredible and probably the best I've had anywhere but the pot chop tasted like turkey and had no flavor. Unfortunately, the service was the biggest disappointment. Our waiter never really welcomed us or made us feel appreciated as guests, especially for such an important occasion with a party of 13. As the graduate and guest of honor, I felt completely ignored the entire night, which especially upset my mother. He mainly interacted with only one family member the entire evening and came across as cold and uninterested. I understand he may have had a broken wrist or was having a difficult day, but it still felt disrespectful and lacking basic hospitality. I might consider returning someday to try the regular menu instead of the preset graduation menu, but I definitely would not want the same waiter again.

Trying to decide if this was just at or under A-ok; food was good…read more About 8pm on a Monday I really wanted a burger with a fried egg on top. Didn't have patience for Crafthouse's service pace or downtown parking. Chef here's been flexible and fun, and I knew there was a spacious lot and likely a quiet atmosphere. When I arrived, the bar seating was nearly full plus a table of perhaps five. Country music played, I took a booth in the back. My favorite steak is gone from their re-done menu, and it was too busy for Chef to pop out and chat, if he still works here. They were out of real eggs, so I got a cheeseburger and a side of broccoli. When the waitress asked if I wanted bacon since I couldn't have the egg, I said sure. My Lynchburg lemonade was heavy on the lemon but good with the liquor, and that burger was undisputedly enormous. The broccoli was in good condition and generous. A request for soda was forgotten but rectified. Different employee brought the bill, which (1) did not reflect my 10% discount for check-in (I'd showed my waitress; she hit the button on my phone to accept it) and (2) while the menu says add bacon for $.50, I was charged $2.50. It was a big meal and I thought they might be a little shorthanded, so I didn't feel it worth the fuss. Just saying you should check your tab. Cheeseburger (add bacon) with side of broccoli, one Coke and an alcoholic drink for $26 before tip.

Many options for breakfast, they continue to restock so don't worry about it running out!read more

So all of Hat Creek's meat options are delicious, and it turns out that... their veggie burger is as well! The patty is a black bean and quinoa patty with the normal burger fixings of lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard. It doesn't try to match the flavor of a beef or turkey burger, but rather lets the beans and quinoa do the incredibly tasty work of making it good. This does mean that the patty doesn't hold the texture quite as well as a beef patty does... but who cares, since it's *delicious.* The sweet potato fries were also lovely, crisp, and just sweet enough that they went perfectly with the burger. Service was prompt and friendly and the only nitpick is that they forgot to include ketchup, but given how good the fries were on their own, that's *fine.* All told, wonderful food and a great vegetarian option..

That combo and a sandwich was under $30 after tax, which felt great for the indulgent, tasty meal that we enjoyed. Needed a recovery nap, it was great. Single error was not including the ketchup he requested, which I share only in the interest of transparency. I mean, in my house ketchup is to make mid to poor fries tolerable and Hat Creek's sweet potato fries are great. Their good service and quality groceries continue, so will our visits will too.
