We came in sat at the bar. I ordered draft blue moon husband go Stella both cold and good. Bartender was attentive but didn't listen to order. I ordered cheeseburger medium and side salad instead of fries. She didn't put in substitution came with fries. Burger was not medium. New Orleans pasta was flavorless and very watery. We will not return.

Service sucks manager sucks I understand it was a holiday (mother day) but the bad experience started with the waitress taking a long time to take our order then forever to bring napkins after a drink had spilled the store manager was no help rudely acknowledged us when asking for napkins because the drink spilled then came the food the they are known for well it was dry and tasted more like rotel sauce the little sauce that was in there Atleast so I sent that back and asked for a medium rare steak to go New Orleans Pasta

Great food and service. This place is such a bargain for the quality and quantity of food. The chicken fingers are always good. One kiddo enjoyed the chicken pot pie and broccoli cheddar casserole. Two of us had fish and shrimp--one grilled and one fried. Both good. We tried the red beans and rice for the first time and it was busting with flavor. The red beans and rice were better than any we had in New Orleans a few weeks ago. My only compliant is that the dining room was freezing. Take a jacket and a blanket with you, especially in the summer.

Decent Cheddar's location, but they definitely cut corners compared to other locations we've been to. One example of this was on their cocktails, which are pictured in big glasses with fruit garnish, but here they looked pretty disappointing when we received them. The previous location we went to in Arkansas made it just like the menu photo! Service was meh, but it was pretty busy on a Friday night, so that probably was out of the server's control. The food came out hot and fresh and was good. Overall, Cheddar's is still a great spot compared to most other chain restaurants!

    Chicken Alfredo

This is the second time I have eat at Cheddar's and it will be my last. The first time was right after they opened. The only thing good at this restaurant are croissants. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo. The pre-marinated grilled chicken was too salty and the pasta was dry. It had very little sauce. The garlic toast was burned and very hard. The waitress replaced my order and it was not any better. The chicken was replaced with pulverized non battered chicken tenders. Absolutely no taste. The garlic bread, once again, was burned. My mother ordered the bourbon glazed salmon. It was dried out, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. They brought out another order which was a lot better. My sister ordered the potato soup. It was very salty and the cheese was so thick you couldn't find the potatoes. The waitress was amazing. She did a fantastic job and was tipped well. Whoever the cook is, needs to replaced with someone who cares. I just wish I had taken more pictures.

Sirloin and shrimp with loaded baked potato

Stopped in from out of town. Been to other Cheddars locations before with good results. This location was below average. Clean and somewhat friendly service. Bathrooms in disrepair. Server was nice but didn't have much good to say about the menu when asking questions. I decided on the sirloin, medium, with grilled shrimp, house salad and loaded baked potato. Salad and meal arrived together; not a huge problem but I believe most of us would like it in advance. Steak served closer to rare then medium. Shrimp had good flavor but was ok at best; it was cool almost room temp. Baked potato was good. Overall it was just ok. I expected more from my previous experiences at other locations, but I will not return to the location.

Don't bother with chips and queso. It's fair to middling. The chicken pot pie is delicious.

So, I tracked down their actual restaurant in downtown Foley. Feast & Company, at 116 W Laurel Ave, just a block west of Hwy 59 on 98, delivers a great meal with a big focus on local ingredients and that warm Southern hospitality. Feast & Company started as a family catering business. The owners, with deep Alabama roots, returned after four generations in Texas, determined to share their love for fresh, seasonal food. It's paid off. Now they run a thriving farm-to-table spot that showcases the area's bounty. I got to talking with Mary, the owner, and she's full of family recipes and a real passion for fresh, flavorful dishes. They're legit about farm-to-table, sourcing fruits, veggies, and more from nearby, with a menu packed with healthy options like soups, salads, quiches, entrees, spices, herbs, and other takeaway goodies. Walking in, you're greeted by a cozy setup-, exposed brick, rustic wood, and a beautiful courtyard for outdoor dining. The smell of fresh-baked bread and Southern dishes hits you right away. It's a standout spot. The menu's full of dishes that celebrate local flavors and old-school Southern cooking. Think homemade breads, pies, pastries, or hearty plates like shrimp and grits or smoked brisket, all done with real care. They've got something for everyone, too, with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. On top of the food, Feast & Company offers some cool extras. They do private events and catering, perfect for parties or work functions. The staff's always on point, making it a favorite for us locals and visitors as well. Bottom line: Feast & Company in Foley, Alabama, is a farm-to-table gem serving up the best of Southern food and hospitality. With fresh, local ingredients and a welcoming vibe, it's worth a visit. Highly recommended!!! Hours: Tuesday-Saturday: 11:00 AM-3:00 PM Friday-Saturday: 11:00 AM-8:00 PM Sunday: 11:00 AM-3:00 PM Closed Mondays.

Goat Lips Chew & Brew House feels like the kind of place that was designed after someone said,…read more"What if every room had a different personality and the backyard never ended?" And honestly? The vibe is the star here. This place is wildly eclectic in the best way. A huge outdoor area that feels built for lingering, laughing, and losing track of time, plus a maze of themed rooms inside that make every turn feel like you accidentally walked into a different bar. It's unique, memorable, and exactly the kind of place you want to love before the food even hits the table. The service definitely helped that cause. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. Then the pretzel appetizer arrived and apparently chose violence. The beer cheese sauce had the consistency of warm yellow water and somehow even less personality. The pretzel itself tasted like it had been baptized in butter but still came out bland, which is honestly an achievement. I didn't know something could be both greasy and forgettable, but here we are. Thankfully, I was aggressively encouraged to order the club sandwich. "You HAVE to get it," they said. For once, the hype mostly paid off. The bread was toasted beautifully, full of crunch and flavor, and the sandwich as a whole really worked. Now, the meat? Let's just say it had strong gas station cold-cut energy. Perfectly edible, nothing offensive, but nobody's writing songs about it. That said, the mayo situation deserves its own fan club. There's some kind of mustard-seasoned magic happening in that spread, and it absolutely carries the whole sandwich across the finish line. Honestly, give me that toast cut into strips and a bowl of that sauce, and I'm a happy man. Forget the turkey, let me dip carbs directly into whatever wizardry they whipped up back there. So where does Goat Lips land? A place with a killer atmosphere, great service, one appetizer that should be investigated, and one sandwich condiment worthy of applause. The experience averages out exactly where the stars do: right down the middle. Three stars. Goat Lips is average food wrapped in an unforgettable setting, which somehow makes the whole thing more fun than it probably deserves.
