Yesterday I went to Chase Bank and was going to open a business account. I felt that the…read moreteller/account manager was rude and we're making the process more difficult than I anticipated. I am a new plumbing company and although I know Plumbing , a lot of the paperwork and business information. I'm not to savvy. I called and spoke to Alyssa. She provided me with an email of all the necessary documents that were required to start the account which made it very easy. I was able to gather the correct documentation and send most of it via email. I arrived at the branch at approximately 4:35 PM. Alyssa quickly assisted me in opening up an account and I was able to cash my first check. This was very important to me as the business is new and finances are tight. Melissa and staff stood slightly after hours to make sure everything was done. Alyssa walked me through the process of how to navigate the app. I love nothing more than the small town chill in the hospitality of this branch. As she was assisting me, several people entered the bank and she acknowledge them by first name Alyssa and other staff members were all polite, friendly, and down to earth. I'm very happy that it did not work out for me at Chase Bank and I found myself at the bank of Stockton in the Turlock location. Everything happens for a reason five star service.

It took several attempts to get him on the phone. After several attempts I finally got him to go over my loan request. My current loan was $3000, and I only needed $2000 in addition. He put me on pause 3 times, and finally rejected my request. He immediately told me they would send me an email, telling me why I was rejected, and I should call care- credit dental, followed by good bye thanks for calling. I stopped him before he could hang up and asked where they pulled my credit score from. He said from Experian or Equifax. I told him the previous contract said it was (click ....?) he hung up the phone before I could say advantage. I was surprised this person was so rude and arrogant considering he's supposed to be managing a loan service. If you want to be treated like some kind of loser, just because you're applying for a High Interest loan from these loan sharks, then you should use this company.
