I had called 2 days ago and requested statements from closed accounts. today, I arrived at 4:45 pm with my family, who were warmly welcomed. before 5:00 pm, I left with 25 pages of statements, and Laura, head banker, even had a dispute form ready to be signed when I arrived!

Yesterday I went to Chase Bank and was going to open a business account. I felt that the…read moreteller/account manager was rude and we're making the process more difficult than I anticipated. I am a new plumbing company and although I know Plumbing , a lot of the paperwork and business information. I'm not to savvy. I called and spoke to Alyssa. She provided me with an email of all the necessary documents that were required to start the account which made it very easy. I was able to gather the correct documentation and send most of it via email. I arrived at the branch at approximately 4:35 PM. Alyssa quickly assisted me in opening up an account and I was able to cash my first check. This was very important to me as the business is new and finances are tight. Melissa and staff stood slightly after hours to make sure everything was done. Alyssa walked me through the process of how to navigate the app. I love nothing more than the small town chill in the hospitality of this branch. As she was assisting me, several people entered the bank and she acknowledge them by first name Alyssa and other staff members were all polite, friendly, and down to earth. I'm very happy that it did not work out for me at Chase Bank and I found myself at the bank of Stockton in the Turlock location. Everything happens for a reason five star service.

Branch of F&M Bank are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Not to long ago, I experienced fraud with my ATM card. I called F&M right away and was connected with Mrs. Trisha Barkman. What a gem! She helped me cancel my card, apply for a new one and worked with me to do all the thing one must do in this situation. The most important thing she did was keep me calm and she was so patient and sweet. I appreciated that so much. When I moved to CA from FL people told be me not to bank here (I was in Hilmar at the time). They said the bank was too small. I have never regretted staying with them and this is 30 years later. If you go out of town and want to take out more money then allowed at a ATM, Sorry Charlie. The reason why I am writing this review is because of the way they handle ACH payments. A payment that is taken out on the same day as a deposit will result in a overdraft fee if there is no money in the account even if the deposit is the same day. For an example. Say you have direct deposit and you know the money will be in the account. If you have a transaction or multiple transactions before your direct deposit is in there, you will receive a overdraft charge, or multiple overdraft charges. Other banks like BOFA, or Wells Fargo I'm sure even chase does not do business like this. I usually only write yelp reviews when I receive great service or terrible service. The customer service lady that I spoke to the first time was so rude and not helpful is the reason why I am writing this review. If you are looking for a great refinanced car loan they have great rates but banking, I would stay away.

Unfortunately she was involved in an accident and the journey was totaled. The Renegade had stalled, windshield squirters dont work and brakes down to the nub. Jeep Cherokee has blown shocks and struts with other issues with suspension. My daughter's santa fe which im pissed about has overspray which indicates an accident and multiple suspension issues. I am a mechanic in the family and my mother in law got real close to Gilbert foolishly and he took advantage of her. Gilbert my mother in law had a medical condition which needed medical attention and you pretty much took advantage of her. I would understand if the vehicles you sold were road-ready vehicles but these are not road ready. Actually dangerous since the Renegade stalled. I suggest you call her and reference my name to get the vehicles repaired. I suggest anyone considering purchasing from this dealer get a pre-purchase inspection at a reputable auto shop. I dont know how this place has good reviews. This is a real review. Most other reviews are from people that have never reviewed another business but this one. Just because they can approve you at 20% interest doesnt mean you should do it. These are auction vehicles. Cheap tires and an oil change and its ready for sale. There was no power steering and no power brakes. It caused a dangerous situation. Knowingly repairing the vehicle with zip ties is an illegal act of misrepresentation. Im guessing with the information and actual proof its time to call BAR and file a complaint with DMV
