We started banking with Valley First when they were located on Geer Road. There seemed to be a high turnover as there were always new tellers. I must also say that while we usually were able to get our questions answered, there were a few situations that made us strongly consider taking our business elsewhere. They have since moved to a new location with new employees who seem to be more permanent. The new location is also much larger with more parking which is a plus. The first time we entered the building, we were immediately greeted by one of the employees and asked if we needed assistance, which we did. We were promptly taken to one of the cubicles to discuss our financial business. The employee was extremely pleasant and professional. Our questions were answered and were able to leave feeling confident about the outcome. A few days later we received a follow up phone call to give us an update and let us know the situation had been taken care of. Every additional time we have returned, we have had similar experiences with great service. We are very happy that we decided to stay with Valley First Credit Union for our banking needs.
