The service is horrible The wait time for your for is terrible The manager on shift at 7 pm on February 14th is very ignorant with no managerial skills. The staff need to be more than a cashier and a cook. They need training in customer service. No one but my car was in line paid for my food and asked me to go park. Why I ask without being able to be told. When I informed her I would be contacting the establishment her response and attitude was one of not caring. I will never go there again. I'm a doctor and have to be treated as such I do not think so. I will inform others to find somewhere else to eat with better service and skills with the public. My first time and it was horrendous! WOW! We spent $40. We got a fish filet, checker burger, baconzilla, 5 tenders, 2 fry's, and a chicken sandwich. The fish filet was literally not cooked. The tenders were so disgusting I wanted to throw up, they were so rubbery. The checker burger was alright but the baconzilla was like wtf lol. The chicken sandwich was also pretty rubbery. The only thing I enjoyed was the fries, which tasted like Popeyes. I'm honestly so disappointed and wish I could get my money back. Then we go up to ask about what's going on and there's only one person working. They should not be open if they can't service their customers. I think this place is hit or miss. First time I went a while ago it was good service & good food for a fast food spot. Went there around midnight and they didn't say anything about being out of bacon when I ordered the #7. They just gave me bacon bits instead and missed all the other items on the sandwich. Food is fine, but you better double check that you've gotten everything. I got home with my drive through order and opened my bag to see a burger was missing from my combo meal. I called and they tried to have me return for the burger instead of just issuing a refund for the cost of the burger. Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru of checkers on 4th street. I was in the mood for some Buffalo wings so I ordered a 10 piece with a medium sprite, and a medium fries. When I arrived home I started to bite into my wings. I was surprised and disgusted to find blood inside my wing. I then drove back to the checkers to make them aware of the problem. When I pulled up to the window I explained my problem. The cashier proceeded to get the manager. The manager came to the window I explained my problem, but the manager seemed uninterested with my problem. Then the cashier pulled up an order that was supposed to be mine, but turned out she had the wrong order. The manager thought I didn't pay ether I had to help them pull up the order. The food was sub par compared to other locations, and the food presentation was terrible. The worst part about the experience was the customer service. The nig that took my order was wicked rude and didn't seem to care about being there or even care about wanting to help me. He rolled his eyes a few times and asked "is that it?" after everything I ordered when I went inside to get my food. Had to go inside since the drive through is only like 10 feet long and there's only like 10 parking spots so you'll be lucky if you get one since three people parked there and then walked away down the street not even attempting to get food. Furthermore the area is terrible as when I was going there the gas station down the street has a drug deal going down at two pumps and someone was shot not too far away a few months before. read more
