This is the worst restaurant ever. I had to go all the way back there because they sold me raw chicken sandwiches and also the burgers was cold. How could you sell raw product when you are redroping the product back in the grease. And then when I went back and ask for the manager I told him about the food. No apology at all. You would think it would be fresh after my experience but no. They redropped the product it is so hard you can't eat it. This place should be closed down. I stopped here for quick grabs and was nervous due to reviews but had to give it a try to see if maybe things had changed. Things weren't as they seemed by the reviews. The ordering process was new; there is now an automated machine that takes your order. Haha! The future of speaking to robotic voice machines is here. Not so bad though!!! The wait from ordering to picking up the food is still a nice wait. You can't stop here for FAST FOOD. You need to have sometime. But! The food was fresh. The fries were hot. The bread not as soft as imagined but overall not a bad stop. But have some time on your hands. The staff were nice. There was a slight issue with me placing the order virtually! I received the incorrect order when I got to the service window! The food wasn't fresh/hot! The Frozen Fanta flavor (Blue Raspberry) wasn't available so I had to settle for Watermelon! The watermelon frozen was delicious! DoorDash tried to place through their system and replacement order and the restaurant canceled it immediately. Quality and efficiency is definitely not something they care about. read more

I was really impressed by this location. Had not gone to one in years. However, we went in for a late snack last night and the line was decently slow but we realized why. There was a lady working there last night (really wish I remembered her name) who really took charge of that crew and was making sure all the burgers and fries were done right and that all the orders were correct. She also had a good demeanor about her and allowed me to change the shake flavor up on the window because my fiancé had changed her mind. I'll be back because of this and I never thought I would be saying that about a checkers. All the food and drinks came out fantastically and I wish I had taken a picture too but we ate as soon as we got back home. Well done! read more

I hate the mechanical drive through. After waiting 20 minutes in line we get our order that was NOT correct. Had to wait while they corrected the items. At this time two people-possibly management and another person standing talking. You would think they would ask you to move up so to free the line while correcting things!!! Terrible service!!! I love love love Checkers, but we don't have any where we live. Anytime we come to Georgia we always try to swing by a Checkers to get a bacon cheeseburger and some fries. I hate toppings or condiments on my burgers except for ketchup (I don't like mustard, Mayo, pickles, lettuce, etc.). As we were pulling away from the drive thru, I was checking the burgers and saw that mine had everything on it. We turned around and went back through the drive thru to get it corrected. We got a second burger and this one was completely DRENCHED in ketchup- making it inedible. This time I went up to the window, showed the employees the soused ketchup burger and told them that was inappropriate and to make me a new burger. (For frame of reference and because I didn't take a picture, if I had put the burger on the window the whole thing would have stayed on the window due to the massive quantities of ketchup.) I'm pretty sure the rocket scientist burger assembler was pissed that I had sent back the first burger and that's why he over saturated my second burger with ketchup. While he was assembling my THIRD burger, the manager came over to see what the problem was and I explained it all to her. Third burger was assembled correctly. One job. I'll post a photo of our original receipt. Apparently Mr. Burger assembler can't read. And these are the people that want $15/hr to not do a simple job correctly. read more

Slowest drive through ever and they ignore pedestrians at window. I've attempted to eat at this location about 5 time in the past few years. First time they messed up the order. Second time was fine: after church, we parked and ordered from the walk-up window, where the cashier was friendly and attentive. Third time was right after church with family and we were in a hurry to get to another scheduled obligation. Took a while to get to the order / menu spot. From that point on, we practically sat in line and couldn't get out because (from the left drive-through lane) you're stuck between the building and a high curb lining the parking lot. In a fury, we drove straight through & left instead of stopping at the window to pay & get our food. Fourth time was early lunch and they weren't busy, and all I got was a cheese burger & fries - no drink. It was fine. Today was during lunch. I got into the drive through... which didn't move for almost 5 minutes. I got out of line, parked, and walked to the pedestrian order window... and was completely ignored!! I asked one of the cooks if anyone manned the walk-up window. He spun in place to look around, and yelled to someone in the opposite corner of the building that there was someone at the window. After waiting a couple more minutes, I left. And doubt I'll ever be back. read more

The order taker seemed to have trouble understanding our order of 4 chicken bite boxes and 2 chili cheese, seems like "Lexxus" has a problem with judging people and their food choices. Fast service though, but they pushed their apple pies only to say their was a wait to cook them. They know how to make fast food but only being corrected a lot. Well i have never posted a review before so here goes, my sister and i went to checkers to get a fast burger the order was $12.00 worth of items everything on the list was fine but my 2 double burgers were only 1 single burger patty instead of 2 ,when i got home 25 miles away ,because i had a doctors appointment near piedmont hospital i saw 2 burgers in bag but did not open wrapper big mistake! needles to say i called phone number to tell them the order was not correct but their PHONE NUMBER WAS DISCONNECTED so i called corporate office lodged a complaint ,mostly because of phone # being disconnected not the burgers as i know people make mistakes and i know when i tell them with receipt in hand and complaint # from report filed that i am not lying but they probably will think anyways!!!!!! The location is awesome. The food is good and the service is quick. I like the umbrella- drive through boxes so you don't get wet when ordering in the rain. This is the nicest Checker's I've ever seen -lol! The landscaping is amazing for a fast food place - lol! read more

this was the worst checkers ever.!!!!!!!!worst service and food and got ripped off. we don't eat fast food often, however, fries, old and refried. we threw most of them out. my burger sloppy, greasy, gross. the better items were the kids plain spicy chicken sandwich. can't mess that up much.we had a large order, there was 5 of us. they did not give me a receipt, as soon as we drove and parked, i immediately went to get my receipt. they insisted they gave me one, they didn't. they over charged me at least 2 to 3 dollars , that's why i wanted to see an itemized receipt .at the walk up window, they only gave me a receipt with the total on it. they also kept looking at me for over 10 minutes waiting at the window. there was so many times they could of helped me while they were waiting to fill orders , they could of helped me 10 times over. or at least have some common courtesy, and say, please be patient while we finish with all the drive thru customers first. order at own risk.!!!!! they charged me for items i never got, food stunk, service stunk more, attitudes.....well no need to finish. read more
