Not sure what they have going on at this location. One of my coworkers and I just l left there and ordered two four-dollar meals that are supposed to come with 16-ounce drinks. Instead, we were given kiddie cups that clearly are not 16-ounces. More like 8 ounces at the most. The lady in the window argued up down that those are the drinks that come with the meal, even though we showed her the list of included items directly on the website. It is truly sad that people don't have common sense. Anyone in their right mind knows the difference between 8 ounces and 16 ounces. Once again, I did not get what I ordered and paid for. Our school is nearby but we won't be able to patronize them. The irony is that we order a mass order from the nearby McDonald's twice a week and I had suggested to the principal just yesterday that we could start getting their $4 meals for the kids instead of the $5 ones from McDonald's. That lady just cost them at least $300 a week, if not more, but I guess that doesn't matter. If they can't get two meals right, there is no way that they will get dozens correct. read more

I visited your restaurant on 3/11/25 (Checkers) around 945pm and your manager was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPLEASANT and not helpful at all. I asked for a number and was told there was no phone nor did anyone own this establishment. There was another staff member he was nice and attempted to help. Ill start bey saying i waited 23 minutes with one car in front of me just to get the food cold. Manager was too street to be working and NO ONE ! Had on gloves . Been here 3x and the first time my burger was delicious but the last two times my burger was not done all the way :(((

Giving this spot five stars only because they are slowly getting better and are helping me get in shape. The first order (3 weeks ago) was completely wrong, the second order in the past few days was some what right. At least they took off the cheese but left on other condiments for whatever reason. And then tonights order was there best try yet. Still not right but I appreciate the effort. And honestly at this point I'm the clown for coming back to them and not wanting to wait in line to have the re-make a burger and potentially killing all hopes if they get it wrong again. Either way the manager of this Checkers is a mastermind indeed. I now have no appetite for fast food and will be hitting up the gym. Oh thank you Checkers for the bad customer service. I went today to get a fish sandwich meal and ice cream. There was no line which is shocking. The employees were super friendly and I got in and out in no time. Food was hot, order was accurate. They've drastically improved since the reopening. This is my 3rd or 4th time back since it's opened and they've for sure improved. Changing my rating from and 2/5 to a 4/5. So this location did a remodel and reopened about a month or so ago. They changed the standard setup so the passenger side drive through is closed. There is only one lane now, which is weird because it's Checkers and they're known for the drive-thru setup. Any-who, it's clearly and young and inexperienced staff because it took at least 30mins to get through the drive through line. Food was hot though. The other day I went and they were out of fish, so that was a wasted trip. I suggest they work on being efficient because it's not worth sitting in line that long. This checkers is by far THE SLOWEST in metro Atlanta. I went there twice on the same day to pick up an order. I drove thru the first time and walked up the second. Both times I waited in excess of 25 minutes for the food. When I walked up and told them the name, I believe that's when they starting to make the food. The employees didn't even care at all. Everyone please do not go to this restaurant. The food was not hot, old, stale, and had brown lettuce on the sandwiches. They had to been sitting up their for a long time if food was soggy. The fries is too salty than usual and is hard and not crispy. I spent over $12 on my food and I am warning everyone not to eat there. You don't want to get sick. I had a total of 4 sandwiches the two for $3 spicy chicken sandwiches and fries and a drink which I added as a meal. I didn't get the drink that I wanted which was the Strawberry Fanta, they gave me a fruit punch instead. Today me and my husband decided to take checkers home to the family.Today was April 2019 at 4:33 we have eating here before and never not one time experience rude behavior and lack of experience in customer service and the female at the drive thru window was be nothing but rude.My husband and I stayed waiting on her to ask how can I help u or can I take ur order.she didn't ask at all So we pulled up to the window and she goes I'm not taking ur order in the most nasty wayMy husband tried to explain to her we had been way on her to take our order.she continue to b rude So we left.
