We were offered an orange juice box also they served me Jalapeño poppers that were still cold on the inside. After 4 visits, I can confirm that this is the slowest Burger King in GA. Guaranteed at least a 20-30 min wait in drive through; doesn't matter how simple the order or how many people are in line. Giving this spot 5 stars because it was my own damn mistake for not checking my order. Yes I waited in a long line. Yes I ordered my food and said no cheese twice. And sadly yes I didn't check my order and assumed the staff was listening. That my fault Burger King. Anyways check your orders or you might be disappointed when you get home to find cheese on a burger when you specifically said no cheese. At 11:30 pm my daughter and I tried to go through the drive thru. We sat for 20 min behind another car and when we got to the window to order, we were told that they were having a shift change. When we inquired about what that meant, we were told that they weren't able to take any orders. When we then inquired how long it would be to begin taking orders again we were told they didn't know. Now at this point I was so tired of prying information out of the person I could have cried!!!! I then asked for a corporate number... surprise.. I was told they don't have a corporate number ... do you know that even if this is a franchised store that there is a corporate number?! Where do your checks come from sweetie?!?!? The first time we ever visited this location the woman at the drive thru speaker was AWFUL. She mumbled into the speaker so low it sounded like static and when my husband tried to speak she rudely yelled at him saying "I SAID you need to come inside" and made an annoyed noise. Tonight we decided to give them one more shot and my husband ordered 3 whoppers with cheese and it took him repeating himself 5 times before the woman could ring it up all the while she sounded pretty rude. I get it connection problems happen, we then proceeded to sit in line for 20 minutes waiting for our order with only 2 cars ahead of us.... we ordered extra mayo and there was barely any on the burgers... just not a good location. read more

This is a horrible Burger King. The worst ever. We stood in the store at the register for 20 minutes. Can see 5 employees behind the counter but no one acknowledged us at all until we spoke up and still it took them 10 more minutes to take our order. We have been here for 30 minutes now and the guy before us still has not gotten his food. The soda machines are broken and some items are "not on the menu" but they are visibly on the menu. Some guy that finally took our order is just walking around touching stuff acting like he is doing something. He should be fired along with the rest of the staff. I want the corporate number, this place should be bulldozed down. I regret not going to the Waffle House next door. The bathrooms are also very nasty and there are buckets in the dining room catching water leaking from the ceiling. We probably will have food poisoning after this experience. They didn't even make the food correctly despite the amount of time it took for them to make it. Who makes a spicy chicken sandwich with no spice?! Overall, will not be going back. This is the worst Burger King in the state of Georgia. We have worked with the manager to give this location the benefit to correct their poor customer service. The problems have gotten worse. After driving around hungry for a while, I decided to get something to eat. I set my GPS for the Sonic, but saw the BK and decided to stop there instead (terrible decision, I know). I went there today and ordered a meal (after not going to a BK for years), and was immediately greeted with an attitude at the speaker. Against my better judgement, I continued. I went to the window to pay, and the young man there was okay. At the pick-up window is where I see the asshole that took my order. As soon as I drive up, I see a hand stick out immediately with my food. No "hello", no "would you like any condiments?", no smile, nothing. Just this smug girl with my food and drink sticking out of the window. I grab my food and before I could even say anything, she slams the window closed. This place symbolizes decatur as a whole at mostly every fast food restaurant. Poor service, something will be broken or run out whenever you go, the workers can't read on a 5th grade reading level or listen. I ordered a 2 for $6. Mind you I know the reputation for this place it had been about a year since I had been back to this location I figured maybe something changed and I was in a rush.
