Horrible customers service. Almost like no one cares. Just read the reviews. Sorry I didn't before coming out here.

HORRIBLE. The food was god awful. Worst banana shake I've ever had. Fries were grease sponges. Service was way too slow. Save your money.

It was kind of early, but the breakfast options didn't sound that enticing to me, so a burger at 8:30 am it was. They had a few ordering kiosks which made it easy to choose my items. I got a double Shack Burger and a side of fries. They were out of shakes, which was fine by me. I don't frequent Shake Shack that often, but I was surprised to see they had several chicken options (chicken nuggets, sandwich, etc.) as well as the breakfast items. My order was done quickly and they called my name when it was done. It was packaged pretty well in a tray and the burger was wrapped. The bag they put the orders in are sturdy! The burger was excellent - super juicy, pretty greasy, seasoned well, and hot. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, and the cheese was melty. I really loved this burger! The fries on the other hand, were pretty bad. They weren't very fresh and kind of stale. I'd skip them next time but would definitely order another burger.

I'm never optimistic with eating in air ports, but today was an exceptional exception to my past experiences. The Self- Checkout kiosk was smooth, easy to understand and navigate. At first I was a bit frustrated on the wait, but once I realized they were cooking to order and not pulling from a heat drawer or from under a heat lamp, well I changed my preconceived perception. When I pulled my breakfast sandwich (Sausage-Egg-Cheese + Avocado) out of the bag it was visually appealing and showed promise. With my first bite I knew that I made a good decision for breakfast. I enjoyed it from first bite to last. I'd have gone back for seconds, but that would have been too much of a break from my diet. I'll have to remember Shake Shack for my future dining needs.

It's not overwhelming, and to be honest there were so many other items on the menu I wanted to try, which is why I will be coming back. Brake Pad has a full bar & they also have a good craft beer selection and of course they have Sweetwater 420 & Hopsecutioner IPA. The items I had from the menu were the Salsa & Queso w/ chips. The salsa was great and the queso was surprisingly good. I did not have it in my bingo card that they would have great queso but they proved me wrong. For my main meal item I had the Truffle Chicken Salad Sandwich. I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a flavorful yet healthy option. I was only able to eat half the sandwich and I was full, so if you don't mind having more delicious Brake Pad cuisine To-Go, then I highly recommend. The atmosphere of Brake Pad was fun, vibrant, and the staff were amazing. The bartender was fun, and knowledgeable and is the one who recommended the Truffle Chicken Salad Between the vibe, the outdoor seating, the good food & the local vibe I highly recommend. I went in with low expectations but they over delivered on everything. GREAT JOB BRAKE PAD, I will be back

The atmosphere - it's sort of like a dive bar but more like the local pub where you grab tacos, a cold brew or a burger. Don't skip the tater tots! Also, breakfast and brunch are good options. On this visit, we had the Patty Melt and two Shrimp Tacos. Kept it simple with water since it was lunchtime. But they have a full bar and drink specials. Indoor and outdoor seating is plentiful. Parking on the street is how it's done. A few designated spaces but around the corner is fine. Service is attentive and friendly. Refilling our cups, checking in and making sure we're good to go. Definitely worth the stop when in College Park.

For the main course, my girlfriend had the turkey wing with rice, and she really enjoyed it. She said the seasoning was on point and full of flavor. I ordered the fried shrimp with collard greens and candied yams. The candied yams were definitely a highlight -- sweet, flavorful, and cooked just right. The collard greens, though, didn't taste as fresh as I would've liked -- almost like they may have been canned. The iced tea was really good, and my friend enjoyed her glass of wine. One thing to note: everything is served in styrofoam containers with plastic flatware instead of traditional plates and silverware. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. There's also plenty of parking, which is always a plus. They do offer a military discount, but it only applies to the individual with the military ID -- not the entire table if you're dining with family or on a date. I appreciate that they acknowledge service members, but it would be nice if the discount extended to the whole party. Overall, it was a great experience with very good service, and I'd probably go back again. If you're in the Hapeville area and craving some soul food, it's worth checking out.

Excellent burgers, reasonably priced for airport food…read more I have been travelling quite a bit and my burgerometer was down on the "E," red light flashing. When I saw this burger joint at ATL during my layover I figured, "How bad can it be?" It's terrific. That's the long and short of it. Terrific. The service was quick, the prices were more than reasonable, the portions were generous. And who doesn't appreciate a Fried Dill Pickle while they wait for their flight? (In full disclosure they were just a tiny bit on the oily/greasy side, but in the best possible way.) There's "Food Court" seating so finding a place for a family to sit together might be challenging, as travelers are scattered with empty seats between themselves. But that's pretty much the only negative I could point out. No lie: I'm actually looking forward to my next layover in the ATL!

Grindhouse Killer Burgers at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport was a convenient stop…read moreduring a layover. While it lacks any type of service, the burger and brand are good. If anything, it's a convenient stop of a good (but airport pricey) burger. My Overall Rating - 3 Stars (Atmosphere, Food, Return) Atmosphere - This location is in Terminal T. It's tucked into the concourse with communal seating and a steady stream of travelers. Don't expect a cozy dine-in experience--this is more of a grab-and-go or quick bite kind of spot. However, all the bar height seating had access to electrical outlets so you can charge your devices. While that's more of a function of the airport, it was definitely helpful! 1 Star. Service - There's no traditional counter service here--just self-service kiosks. It's efficient, but not particularly warm or welcoming. If you're tech-savvy and in a rush, it works. If you're looking for any kind of personal interaction or help with the menu, you're out of luck. If they mess up your order, good luck. Sorry, not a fan. No Stars. Food - The burger? Excellent. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. It definitely lived up to the hype. I custom ordered my burger and made it double with the Grindhouse sauce. The combo was worth it. The onion rings, on the other hand, were a letdown--greasy and lacking crunch. I'd skip those next time and maybe try the fries instead. Finally - the ice cream machine wasn't working so no shakes were available. Expect to pay about 25% more vs. the other locations because it's at the airport. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. For an airport burger, it's one of the better options out there. It's not a destination meal, but if I'm passing through ATL again and craving a solid burger, I'll swing by. 1 Star.
