Brought it back and all 8 backlights are renewed and itll hopefully get many more years. He helped me get it back up and running too. At first things didnt seem to be working, but after tinkering with it i found the issue and i factory reset the tv and that seemed to do the trick. It seems the tv was very cranky from being worked on and having its guts removed it needed a full reset. I wanted to wait a day or so before writing my review just incase something happened. But im happy to say everythings good! I would definitely reccomend this guy if you need your tv fixed right! His prices are very reasonable too. Manager named Jonathan declined my return because I had "returned too many items in the past". He…read moresaid my account was flagged and that they wouldn't accept anymore returns. I called Best Buy corporate and also messaged them via text chat and both confirmed they don't enforce such policy and that there is no hold or flag on my account. Clearly Jonathan was lying about my account being flagged or having too many returns. If I were to guess, they probably don't want the return affecting their sales numbers. The whole thing was just odd from the start.(I have worked at geek squad in the past) The checkout usually checks the returns in front of the customer but in this situation they took across the other side of the store and had me waiting for a while. I didn't think anything of it because they said they needed to check the item and print the return receipt for me. That's when they returned with the item and said my account was flagged. Jonathan then mentioned that I could try shipping it, in order to return it but that it would not be guaranteed a refund. It was unprofessional and bizarre. I would avoid going to this store for any needs because they make it very difficult for you to return an item.

He was very friendly from the moment I arrived, and he took the time to diagnose the problem carefully. Jose not only found the issue, but also gave me honest recommendations on what needed to be replaced. You can tell he's a genuinely honest person who cares about helping his customers instead of overcharging them. He charged a very reasonable diagnostic fee--much lower than what I know other places would have charged me for the same issue. I'm really glad he was available when I needed a second opinion on my audio system. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to him again for any future installations or issues. Witin 30 minutes my PS3 was ready! Quick reliable service!!!! The area isn't great and the lobby for the shop is pretty small, but do not get discouraged.. I am a real client and I cannot believe how fast that went.
