They make life incredibly harder instead of making things better. Their rates are insanely high, they have all these rules as to how and when you can pay back, they have my pay stubs proving when I get paid and still set their own payment dates BEFORE payday. I called to discuss that issue and they want ME to PAY to refinance to change due dates when I gave them my pay dates from the beginning. And when asked to help solve any issues with the account, "the system does it that way" is the answer to everything. I CANNOT WAIT TO PAY THEM BACK AND BE DONE WITH IT ALL. Today I went inside and first off the "manager" didnt stop what she was doing to help me. She just kept doing what she was doing and made me wait. Then she proceeds to tell me that she couldn't cash my check because it was fraud due to Chick-fil-a signing the check and not a Personal signature on the check. I told her I've had no problem cashing any other check so I don't understand what's the problem, she made a copy of the check and said she's sending it to cooperate to shut the whole check down, which I knew she couldn't do that because chickfila cooperate will just laugh cause they know how they print off and sign their checks, so I went home and mobile deposited the check through my major bank, which is Bank of Texas and it just accepted within 10 min. I knew the check was not fake to begin with, but the fact that I was told it was fake due to a cooperate signature was very rude and I felt was not a good reason to deny a check cashing, especially If there is an account and routing number located at the bottom of the check. She could've just called and confirm but she was too lazy to do that, she could have went the extra mile to provide better customer service. Very bad customer service in my opinion. And I'm not the first person on a review to comment on this specific ACE cash store thinking everyone's check is fake. I advise going to PLS or just go through your major bank.
