Spent 10mins waiting on *new ATM to count a measly 50$. Failed in end. Had to go inside yet again, and guess what, it wouldn't even send me an email receipt even tho it's what I always do. Pathetic. I brought in several documents and then I was alive again It took me 1 1/2 months to clear everything up as my creditors were also told I was dead. I had and still have terminal liver cancer so people believed I was dead. An awful experience I called the President of Bank of America and left a voice mail. I got a call back from some VP who tried to calm me down. I told her that I feel I should be compensated for the month and a half it took me to clean up this miss. Their rates are insanely high, they have all these rules as to how and when you can pay back, they have my pay stubs proving when I get paid and still set their own payment dates BEFORE payday.
