Only saving grace is people inside have always been nice, still 0 stars, y do I keep giving this location a chance. I call it my ghetto BOA. Jan 2025 after remodel update: Still screwed up. ATM wouldn't accept my cash even tho came from another bank with perfectly crisp bills too. Placed perfectly. Seems to work fine at other BOA locations but something about here. Hate coming here. Spent 10mins waiting on *new ATM to count a measly 50$. Failed in end. Had to go inside yet again, and guess what, it wouldn't even send me an email receipt even tho it's what I always do. Pathetic. I've wasted more time of my life here than anywhere, guess I never learn. I would say 3 out of 4 times something happens and I have to go in. I brought in several documents and then I was alive again It took me 1 1/2 months to clear everything up as my creditors were also told I was dead. I had and still have terminal liver cancer so people believed I was dead. An awful experience I called the President of Bank of America and left a voice mail. I got a call back from some VP who tried to calm me down. I told her that I feel I should be compensated for the month and a half it took me to clean up this miss. Well nothing happened and I did not get compensation and no one would talk to me. The next I closed all my accounts. Bank of America is NOT a customer focused bank. Thanks for listening. Bruce

They make life incredibly harder instead of making things better. Their rates are insanely high, they have all these rules as to how and when you can pay back, they have my pay stubs proving when I get paid and still set their own payment dates BEFORE payday. I called to discuss that issue and they want ME to PAY to refinance to change due dates when I gave them my pay dates from the beginning. And when asked to help solve any issues with the account, "the system does it that way" is the answer to everything. I CANNOT WAIT TO PAY THEM BACK AND BE DONE WITH IT ALL.
