At first, I thought it was the admin/secretary, however, when working with Maria, I found her to be upset when I requested to be communicated with when providing services. She wouldn't listen and grew frustrated when she realized her team dropped the ball. No apology, just an angry elderly woman. Yes, she is knowledgeable, but not in communication skills, professionalism, listening skills, problem solving, ACCOUNTablity and efficiency. Maria and team don't know how to answer simple questions and often feels attacked if you don't blindly trust their process, or if they do not have the answers to your question. When asked why I hadn't been communicated on the services I paid for, she grew angry (if professionals grow angry during the question asking phase, it's because they do not know the answer or they've realized they've messed up), and still did not provide answers. I'd been emailing since 11/3/22, and as of 1/19/23 I finally got a mediocre response of her not knowing only because I called. If you are searching for chaos, please rest assured they will provide that. However, I would suggest you spend more money with another minority owned business, or just a professional CPA for the professionalism and velocity. If I could deduct stars, I would.
