They make life incredibly harder instead of making things better. Their rates are insanely high, they have all these rules as to how and when you can pay back, they have my pay stubs proving when I get paid and still set their own payment dates BEFORE payday. I called to discuss that issue and they want ME to PAY to refinance to change due dates when I gave them my pay dates from the beginning. And when asked to help solve any issues with the account, "the system does it that way" is the answer to everything. I CANNOT WAIT TO PAY THEM BACK AND BE DONE WITH IT ALL. PLEASE GO TO ADVANCED AMERICA instead!!!!!!! Sooooooooooooo much better, friendlier, helpful, reasonable, manageable, a wonderful tool on your belt instead of an extra weight weighing you down.
