Customer for 18 years. Place has gone down hill since the son Rafael took over. Every year it's has…read morebeen something, but the last straw was when for 2 weeks I couldn't get him to talk to me via telephone(in a pandemic). He would not return my call. I had a simple question regarding something he told me I had to do but couldn't. He eventually returned my call on a Wednesday at 10:30 pm. So the following day I called every hour to no avail. It was one day before tax day so I had to make the trip up there. On my way I called, and they put me on hold to speak to him. I was on hold the whole 15 minute trip there. I get there and he's just standing there doing nothing. I approached him respectfully and said I've been trying to get a hold of you for weeks. I posed my question which literally took 2 minutes to clarify. I said thanks and as I left I said I can't believe you made me drive up here for this. In a calm demeanor I said this. I get in my car and start backing out. He comes chasing after me. Before I gave him a chance to speak, in a mild tone I told him "Rafael I'm upset because I've been a a good customer of yours for 18 years and you couldn't return a simple phone call. I started to say I know y'all are busy" then he cut me off by replying I fucking called you back yesterday. I said don't curse at me then replied that he called me back at 10:30 at night. His response was what the fuck else do you want me to do. Common sense would be to call during reasonable hours. At this point he was getting aggressive and had cursed twice so I said whatever man and started to leave. He then yelled out "and don't be coming to my office to bitch me out" That was so funny to me since I didn't once raise my voice or disrespect him. I laughed and said you just lost my business. How unprofessional can you be. Avoid this place. There's plenty of other companies that will appreciate your business. Maybe he won't miss my $400 I paid him every year for 10 minutes of his time, but someone will appreciate it. People really show their true colors when you call them out and they know they're wrong. Funny he couldn't call me back and spend a couple minutes of his time, but had plenty of time to come outside at attack me verbally.
