I was frustrated because I didn't like the 123 rush me I got from another branch. I spoke to Melissa who is NOW the manager and she said let me hook you up with Michael and let's see what you need ... We got exactly what I needed with the 650 score ..He got me out of a 159% Loan and down to 17%.. Numbers speaks for itself. I'm beyond grateful! He is a real one come check him out. YOUNG OLD SOUL! I had to pay my car insurance deductible a few days before pay day, and needed the payday advance. Ayanna was extremely friendly and helpful. She took the time to listen and to explain the options. She put up with me while I explored my options last minute and didn't try to rush me into the decision. They called in advance of the payment drafting to make sure all was good, just in case anything had changed. It was difficult to swallow that I paid $101 in fees to get my deductible amount only a few days before payday...but the pay back process was easy. I paid the full amount back on my paycheck and it was auto drafted from my account. If anyone is ever in need of something like this, I highly recommend them. PS- I used them because they were the ONLY payday loan place on Google with 5 stars. I wanted to make sure that the first time would be a good experience and not some sham. I'm glad I checked around!
