I work close to this location and often times I get customers who come into my place of business…read moreasking to break bills (small bills like 20's) and I watch them leave and they go into the Ace. I always thought that was strange since it's a money place, why not get change there since you're doing business there, right? Well now I know why. I went in with $200 in 20's and asked if they could give me 100 dollar bills for them and she said no. Didn't tell me I needed to buy anything in order to get my bills changed, didn't offer assistance, just no, flat out no. I might be able to understand if someone is trying to trade you 100 dollar bills because yes the chances of counterfeit are greater with bigger bills. But 20's? From a nearby business? Stop it. Customers can wait more than 20 minutes for a personal banker and get completely ignored. On Saturdays, the line to get a bank teller at the window is LONG and can take more than 30 minutes. During the week when it's slow, personal bankers stand around talking like they're bored. The personal bankers are rude don't make eye contact. They loudly go into detail on all your personal info and everyone in the branch can here it. They have no regard for privacy or courtesy.

I've never banked with BoA & I don't think I ever would. Just a personal preference. My only complaint about this location that they don't offer coffee -cookies I get, but coffee? & I'm complaining on behalf of another person. I usually pick up a cup of coffee else where. Also one time (2011) I came to deposit a few hundred dollars & the freakin ATM decided it wanted to steal $100 from me :( I tried everything but was unable to get it back :( but that was back then. Anyway it's an okay loc. it gets what I need to do done.
