Sonya was efficient and friendly. I got more than I thought I would for my car title, I was very happy with the amount for my car title loan. She explained how I could bring it back in three days and not have any interest. She also explained how I could refinance or pay it off early which I plan on doing. I was very happy with everything with TitleMax on Highway 6! I highly recommend them and Sonya!! read more

Do not do business with this company! Im consolidating my debt and they refuse to give me a payoff letter unless I disclose what company it is. They said they can't give the pay off letter to me me but it's 3 party disclosure to release my information without my consent so if I can't get it who can ?! Poor business practice! I know times are hard but find a better company! its unfortunate how they prey on the consumer who trusted them. read more

They could honor what they say! I fell behind in my payment talked to them yesterday and the guy told me I had until September 12th to make my payment. Lies! They just repoed my truck. I thought that by speaking with them and giving me an "extention' I had until then. Thieves! Not to mention they basically force you to leave them a good review before you finish the paperwork. RED FLAGS! Don't do it especially there! read more

Title max is just a bunch of freaking crooks. You should be ashamed of yourselves. They will NOT explain to you everything that goes into getting the loan. You pay close to $200 a month to RENEW. But none of that money goes towards your actual loan. So you can pay the $200 to renew every month for 6 months and still owe the exact same amount of money you borrowed. So you just put that $1200 in their pocket smfh. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Crooks. read more

Their customer service skill LACK they do not have any. They do not know the information they are SUPPOSE to know. No one EVER smiles or even looks like they like their jobs. They truly all need to be trained better and treat people with RESPECT. read more

Title max is a loan sharking company. You get the loan at maybe 10% maybe less or a little more. You are making your payments and then you lose your job. Now you have to ask then to refinance the lian for you. When you refinance, its at 125% or 200%, which makes it impossible to pay back. A $1500 loan turns into $7500 real fast within a couple of months. You will lose your car, guaranteed, i know of at least 5 people that lost their car behind getting a loan. These people are liars, dont lose your vehicle. Get a loan from your bank or other financial institutions that you have the same payment due for 24 to 60 months, you will be better off. read more

Please, please and please!!!!! Find another way to clear your debt, do not go to title max. I collected a loan of $8,000, I was told my monthly payment would be about $956. I said cool, I could do that, I'll pay it off in less than a year. People! That monthly payment does not go towards your loan!!! It's just you buying more time! It's like you asking them to give you another 30 days to pay off the $8,000. If I had $8,000 sitting in my account, I would not come to you guys in the first place. I collected the $8,000 last year of July, I have made over $12,000 payment to this people, and I still owe what I borrowed! Yup! I still owe about $8,000. I asked to settle this loan with $5,000. They were only able to approve it for $6,500, Cindy, the person I do not like one bit because she swears she told me the monthly payment was to refinance, felt it was okay to tell me that settling with the $6,500, they will lose money. Like I haven't paid over $12,000 to this Damn company. These people are thieves! Actual thieves!!!!! Run away!!!! Go to credit Karma, there are personal loans there that will actually count as you pay your monthly payment. Not these crookes read more
