And a big bonus is how the company created very flexible terms so any changes can be handled easily including extensions of loans or getting news ones fast. I requested she hand me the documents again then she reminded me they have them on email anyway and still refused to hand over my personal documents. Their managers can't override it. I just spoke with a manager and confirmed this. The problem I have is that I deleted the ACH part of my account to get funds delivered to my debit card. Should be the same thing, right? It's not. Their system decided to use ACH (did I not mention I had already deleted it) so I can't get my funds until Tuesday. There is nothing you can do at this point because of their "system". Move on friends. There are a lot more places to get payday loans.
