I borrowed $500 for 30 days. Contract payback was $625; due no later than the 3rd. Today is the 2nd and in order to make payment I went to my bank to withdraw amount due and was told I did not have the funds, checking with the teller I learned Check into Cash had already reduced my account by $625! I was not in default of my contract. I called Check into Cash, reached a nasty mouthed representative who informed me I had been paid on the first therefore the company was within its rights to proceeded to collect on my contract because they were going to be closed on the 3rd.
I am handicapped and must use a wheelchair, I use a local taxi service that can accommodate transport in my chair, on the 1st the taxi is extremely busy and I usually pay my bills on the 2nd. It costs me $40 to be transported round trip, I could have saved that money had I known Check into Cash had already been paid. I am a repeat customer who has made all my payments on time I personally believe I should be treated with respect since I have done nothing to break trust I am saddened that Check into Cash has chosen to treat me like scum.
