I called the businesses linked to my fraud and 4 of 6 have confirmed the charges are not linked to me. So I'm curious what investigation they did in less than a day. To call Apple alone took me a 1 hour call and then a 15 minute call at 6:30pm which member services are closed. Can provide proof to anyone interested. They let a random PayPal run $125 dollars 5-6 times and there negligence never flagged it but flagged a small company for 2 transactions one of $20 and one of $50

AVOID BOIZELLE AND ERIE! We have had homeowners insurance…read morewith Boizelle since 2004 and car insurance with them for several years longer than that. Today I got a call from them saying that our homeowners insurance was cancelled and that we are currently exposed without insurance! They said that two notices were mailed by Erie to our home but they didn't receive payment so they canceled our coverage. We have always faithfully paid our premiums when bills have come for the last 20 years. I don't know why we didn't receive their notices in the mail but I told Boizelle that it is a horrible policy to not receive a phone call about this BEFORE TAKING THE STEP TO CANCEL OUR POLICY! The first phone call was after they canceled our policy! We certainly would have paid immediately if notified by phone that it was necessary to do so. I would have even been OK with automatic payment via our credit card in order to stay covered. Bottom line, they said that to get coverage again we'd have to start from scratch by getting one of their people out to our house and drafting up a policy as if we were new customers. This is a boneheaded policy. Being left uninsured by surprise is a big deal and a poor way to treat a loyal customer. I know that there are better insurance companies out there that wouldn't have such ineffective practices. At least I know some good questions to ask other potential insurance companies before I give them our business.

If I could give Boizelle zero stars, I would. Yes, it's a 'family business'...meaning most of the…read morepeople who work here aren't qualified and merely part of this 'family.' Result- a lot of incompetent people all with the last name Boizelle, and yet no one to actually help you when you call. You will be sold on how great Erie is, their customer service (note- you can get Erie from any number of qualified and professional agents in the DC area..this is HARDLY the only option).. but take a look at the limits. This is coming from someone who previously thought insurance was complicated and hard to understand - with a little research, I felt more qualified than the older Boizelle boy who could barely understand what he was reading about my policy from his computer. TLDR- family business gone wrong. Go with another Erie agency in the area

His appearance was extremely unprofessional. Shirt unbuttoned to his mid chest. His shirt tucked in on his right side but not his left. The transaction.... I went for an exchange... the rate was .777 and I had a coupon for their website allegedly for 50% off the trans fee. He didn't give me the 50% discount I asked for $1000 converted. Mid transaction he told me he could only give me $1000 CAD. While he was counting I asked if he even had the coins $1 or $2. He said yes how much did I want :.. I asked if he had enough to do the $1000 exchange.... He said no ... I asked how much he had and he said he couldn't tell me... WTF He then said he had about $70 Canadian worth ... I said okay and he wanted to charge me another transaction fee. I declined and left ... because he's not sharp enough and didn't bother to offer them to me ... I'd have to pay for a separate transaction Plus I got mostly small bills )10s and $5s. I won't be back

So happy to post the first Yelp Review for The Harbor Bank of MD!…read more I recently attended a Black History Month event hosted by The Harbor Bank of Maryland, and what started as a networking opportunity with the MD Chamber of Commerce turned into an incredible full-service banking experience. After the event, Corey and Shamaine took exceptional care of me and helped me open four accounts to support both my business and personal financial goals. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly relationship-focused, which made what could have been an overwhelming process feel seamless and empowering. As a business owner and consultant, having financial products that support both my professional growth and personal stability is extremely important. I left feeling confident that I have a banking partner that understands long-term strategy and community investment. I am especially proud to bank with a Black-owned financial institution that is deeply rooted in economic empowerment and legacy building. You can feel that mission reflected in the service, the intentional conversations, and the genuine care shown by the staff. Thank you to Shamaine and the Harbor Bank team for making this such a meaningful and productive experience. I'm excited to grow alongside an institution that is committed to strengthening our communities and supporting entrepreneurs like me. Opening our here accounts during Black History Month was an added bonus!

He also helped me save money by bundling some of my plans and event sent me to a different insurance company when he knew the motorcycle I wanted to insure would be really expensive through him. He was happy to give me a quote on said motorcycle insurance but also told me to check companies A, B, and C, because he believed I would find much better rates through those places. Someone who is willing to send business elsewhere so that his clients can get the best rates possible deserves 5 stars in my book.

It was (and still is) such a difficult time when you have a parent going through severe dementia and end of life and it's overwhelming and the system is NOT build to support the family members who are trying to help when they stop paying their bills and don't know how to stay on top of their money any longer. I was completely mentally and emotionally overloaded and in shock at how severe my mother's condition had become and Omni was not only caring and supportive, she listened and helped me get everything that I needed in place while I was in town so that I could get my mom's affairs in order.
