There was one older gentleman that was always pleasant that left. So now it's two women that are very rude and have no customer service. They do not know what to do and seem predudist. I will never go back. read more

Attempt to cash a "smallish" $135 preprinted refund check from an Auto Dealer, was instantly rejected because I "already" signed the back. Huh? Rude wait, rude rejection, rude waste of time. I've had this account for 8 months. They are located 45 min from me. In 8 months, I have had constant problems. The most frustrating one I have is that no one has ever answered the phone - not once in 8 months, meaning I have to go up there every time. It's finally gotten to the point where I am going to have3 to close my account there and go to a different bank. It's a pity BOA leadership hasn't looked to see this, but on Yelp every single one of their banks in my area in MD gets mostly 1 star.
