The service was great and the lady helping me finished everything in an hour. But the price is…read morehugely inflated. I did not realize this until the end that their service fee was $130.45 on top of the usual MVA registration and title fees. My case was also simpler since I own my car outright. For context most places charged $50-$90. I only went to this location because a different tag& title I was supposed to go to closed early. Again great service but not worth the cost and they did not disclose it. I only know because I asked for an itemized receipt for work. Ask for the price FIRST before moving forward with this place.

The banking is all done through online transactions using remote tele-service, though they usually have 2 or 3 staff members available at a physical location. But it's futile because they have no motivation and bad attitudes. They're plenty nice but they don't follow through. They rely on assuming what you need rather than genuinely trying to help. Its the worst banking experience that I've had. It also took me months to get my money back. They truly couldn't care less. They also never responded to any of my emails. I went to this bank as a result of low fees and good reviews. I thought tele banking was a good idea until I tried it. I understand that they're young and haven't got the skills yet but the fact is they showed no motivation in attempting to provide any help and in fact they even tried their best to get rid of people as fast as they could. Our money is their job. Just very shocked by their carelessness. And even more shocked that they are still around. If it wasn't for their free checking accounts, I don't think they would be able to last without training staff.

I have had Cindi as my agent since I was 16 years old, and I am now almost 31. She is the most easy…read moreto talk to agent - she is accommodating, understanding, and not pushy. I have adjusted rates, gotten homeowners insurance, processed accident claims and more, and Statefarm has been so smooth and helpful all along the way. I got into a car accident that required my car to be out of commission for six weeks! My super inexpensive car rental coverage allowed me to not be without a vehicle during that time, and Statefarm processed the claim so quickly, even when The mechanics working on my car did not. Cindi answers emails in the blink of an eye, and is always willing to look over my policy and make sure I'm getting the best coverage for the right rates. Recently I had my car towed and I got the reimbursement check within four days of the towing happening. I feel like that is exceptional in this day and age! I am taking advantage of bundling, as well as other Statefarm discounts, and the pricing is fantastic. All in all I am so happy with Statefarm, but more importantly with Cindi and this office. I have never had a problem or felt left in the lurch on situations that can be quite stressful. (I laugh when I think if my younger self calling her instead of my dad after my first minor accident: "Cindi what do I do!!" And of course she handled it) I really don't like insurance people usually - being sold to and feeling like you can't trust someone isn't great. But that simply isn't the case here. All in all, highly recommended.

Cindi cheered me up the instant she answered my call with her reassuring voice and quick wit. Cindi walked me through every step of getting my car registered and driver's license switched. She turned an otherwise ugly day into a stellar one. I was so impressed by her sense of caring and professionalism that I have not only secured auto insurance through her, but I also have changed my homeowner's policy from another carrier to State Farm. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Cindi a 15! Fantastic experience. She's the best!!
