She was very nice and actually went the extra step to call my employer and verify the check since I am a new customer. Having received terrible service from the check cashing across the street at Express Check Cashing, I was so happy that the Check Cash Depot employee was kind and understanding that I needed my paycheck cashed so she helped me a lot. I will be recommending this location to anyone I can and will be a loyal customer here in the future!

The paperwork clearly said to bring it into a branch for resolution. The staff I interacted with had to read the letter several times, clearly didn't know what it was despite the fact it was a simple transaction, and then claimed I actually had to call the helpline and then send in a form on my own. This is exactly what the letter said NOT to do, but this branch is either incompetent or lazy or both and didn't want to help. A middle school graduate could have helped better. I have appreciated banking at WF, but this branch is horrid.
