They said that I needed to calla special phone number first, get permission, and then I would be allowed inside of the lobby area. I explained that my cellphone had less than 3% battery and that I couldn't call. Begrudgingly, the Security Person went in and asked the employee of the bank if I could go inside to complete my transaction. Then another TD Employee came outside to where I was standing, in the blazing 100 degree heat and said that she needed to add me to the que. I kindly asked her if I would be allowed to stand inside where the ATM was located, because it was hot as hell outside. She sighed heavilly and said ',OK' I guess I have to kind of attitude. I was finally able to complete my simple deposit, and upon exiting I asked the Security Guard what would be the process when I return a different day to do another transaction. he said I would need to call when I arrive, wait outside in the heat again for someone to come outside and add me to the cue. My question is- what would this Bank do in the event if someone forgot their cellphone? It wasn't a good experience at all. Oming here.

But this place is a cash advance based off of income and your direct deposits. I got approved for almost the full amount. I did the paperwork online, they called me right away, first i called to ask questions and gwen and another woman were so helpful and friendly.
