They're all involved together, $2500. That's why banks have insurance. But they don't care they told me it was a perfectly good transfer. If you don't have a bank account with Chase Bank, how can you transfer money into a bank account only way your account has to be hacked by someone else? With a Chase Bank account. They had a 1 minute investigation and said it was a good transfer of funds. How could it be a good transfer of funds when you don't have a Chase Bank account? I've been with Wells Fargo since they were called waukovia in Woodlawn, near Fort BelvoirVa 1988. They have people at the front desk who have no idea or claim that they have no idea how the company is ran and lie about Associates being in the office. They close a file late at night and told my clients that they would wire their funds the next morning. When calling the next morning there is no one available to speak with us. We were told that the person who was supposed to wire the funds was going to call us back on three separate occasions and then told the person was not at work for that day. I would recommend that no one deals with this title company if you can help it. They have been to be the worst that I have dealt with in all of my years of Real Estate .

They new all along we needed the funds to purchase out new home and they delayed the original closing by over a week. They also did not have any answers about when they could record the transaction. After signing paperworks it should take about an hour max to close the file and these dingbats seem to need more time. Maybe instead of paying realtors to use them they should instead invest in some training, professionalism or customer service skills. or better yet JUST CLOSE YOUR DOORS!
