Their refinancing staff Who wouldn't even answer basic questions said that someone will contact me within 48 hours which never happened. Unfortunately with Caliber Home Loans you are forced to use only one loan officer that is Assigned to your account. I talked with people on the refinance team and all of them told me that they could not help me because I had to go through the one loan officer who was not returning my calls. Unfortunately they seem to have lost their way with customer satisfaction. . I would not recommend going with Caliber Home Loans for any mortgages in the future if you want to be able to talk to someone in a responsible amount of time.
