But things were very different. Since they already have all my info from last year, all she did was add my W2 and told me the amount I'm going to get. When she told me that, I told her I did it somewhere else and they told me I can get $283 more than what she told me and she try to get it as closest as she can and everything was going smoothly until I told her I need to step outside and make a phone call that's when she said you have to pay full amount witch is $100 before you leave. She even said how do I know you're coming back. She could've stated it in a different way if that's how she feel. Also I wasn't aware of that they get paid by hours not service. At the end I was able to step outside and made the phone call and came back . At that point, I believe it was one of the owners came to me and told me to go in her office and work with her again, without even asking me what went wrong or what was the problem. Bottom line is DO NOT go or give them all you're informations before you ask all the questions you have because they lie. I walked in 4:41PM and left 5:12PM

He called me and assured me that he would file the return the next day. I followed up 10 days later and nothing, again I tried calling, emails and even reached out to his associate and once again no response. I checked today and my 2025 returns haven't been filed. At this point I will no longer try to contact him and will proceed will filing a formal complaint with the District Attorney as well as with the Better Business Bureau. Abu, if you read this, I tried my best not to go this route and I let you know, I feel betrayed and unfortunately you gave me no choice.
