Very nice and she made sure that I didn't need assistance with anything additional. This branch has an ATM outside, tellers and representatives for other matters you may need an appointment for. Did you know for members, NFCU offers free notary services? I love that once you're a member, you can extend membership to your family members. When I reached out to the Norris Group, it was still the CEO himself who stepped in to help me personally. That letter hit me extremely hard. For nearly four months I lived in a state of severe anxiety. As a prior enlisted Marine, $164,000 might as well have been a million. It was money I never had. My small business was never about aggressive growth. I started it simply to help people, with various veteran services, not to build some big enterprise. The stress of potentially owing that kind of money was overwhelming. The CEO worked directly with me, not through his team. He filed the necessary amendment after we discovered the issue was caused by my oversight in not providing documents from a property sale I owned years ago. DW Tax Prep double counted my mortgage interest, this resulted in my needing to pay back money and interest for my state and federal taxes this year. DW Tax Prep was very apologetic about their mistake and filed an amendment, however they then began cancelling appointments and being non responsive to my calls/texts and emails. Initially they had said they would pay for the interest due on the money since it was their mistake, yet they never sent me the money they had agreed to return to me and I would never use them again or recommend anyone else using their services as a result of this poor experience.
