I joined this bank because I wanted to support it, but that was a mistake, they don't care and it appears they no nothing of banking. For a bank that's been in business for over 80 years and with a slogan of "Getting things Done" they don't appear to follow thur. Horrible, horrible, horrible. You better off going with a larger bank that can handle it's customers request 24/7 even after regular banking hours. This bank has the ability to issue you a new debit card the same day, but you have to wait until the next business day to activate, so what is the point. Other banks issue and activate new cards the same day. What if a customer needed gas, food or other items but don't have cash on them or if the bank is closed or traveling and need to use the card, but can't because it's not activate how horrible of the bank to treat customers this way. How is this bank even still in business.

They made an error on my 2014 return that was caught by the accountant I used for my 2015 return. DW Tax Prep double counted my mortgage interest, this resulted in my needing to pay back money and interest for my state and federal taxes this year. DW Tax Prep was very apologetic about their mistake and filed an amendment, however they then began cancelling appointments and being non responsive to my calls/texts and emails. Initially they had said they would pay for the interest due on the money since it was their mistake, yet they never sent me the money they had agreed to return to me and I would never use them again or recommend anyone else using their services as a result of this poor experience.
