This shop was our lunch stop on our way west of Denve on I-70. My wife found it and thought it could be a good place to have a quick lunch. She wasn't wrong. Located in a small mountain side town, this sub shop is popular local establishment. When we got here, it was pretty busy. I'm not sure how many were locals and how many others were tourists but either way it was busy. We took a while to decide what we wanted. The three of us ordered different sandwiches and got their smallest size which is a 4" sandwich. When ordering you can choose between their garlic bread or regular white bread. I can't remember the names of the sandwiches we got but all three were good. They hit the spot. Although, the 4" sandwich for me was not quite filling but along with some beer and chips, it worked for me. It's a counter service type establishment. You order at the counter and they will bring your order to your table. There's a bar that has beer on tap and in bottles/ cans. We liked this shop and had a nice experience. It is on the pricey side but not too bad. I'd go again. Check them out.

We found this little sub stop on our way to Breck. Awesome vibe, atmosphere and crew! Awesome set up, tasty food, fireplace, and a bar! They really made it a place to come and stay. I saw a stack of baked game if you wanted to drink and chill by the fireplace. Food was good, only quarrel, we felt for $16 a little more meat. Only a slice or two on the two roast beef sandwiches we got. Au just was good and zero other complaints. Definitely adding this to our regular stop list.

Absolutely LOVE cheba hut sandwiches, so definitely had to stop by while in Colorado. My boyfriend and I split the midwest best, French onion soup and garlic cheese bread! Everything was super fresh and had intense flavors. Service was fast. Restaurant was clean. No complaints!

This sub shop has such a fun vibe. They have a massive menu for a sandwich shop. I love that they have 3 bread options: white, wheat and garlic. I highly recommend the garlic! I got the Tiki Chicken sub (teriyaki chicken). They had me at pineapple on a sub. My dad got the AK-47 (French dip) and said it was really good! I wish they had a shop in my area - I'd love to try more options! Sign me up for the french onion soup and rice crispy treats! They also have Kool-Aid!!

We have now eaten here at two different locations not knowing they are a chain in a few states. They do have several veggie options. The sandwiches are fresh and toasted with crispy fresh vegetables. They also have some unique juices to drink for those of us who don't drink soda. The prices are pretty good. Both places were clean with friendly staff. We are hoping to stop at more locations during the rest of our trip.

Cheba Hut is NOT just for stoners, this place has great sandwiches! I got the Kali Mist with the Signature Garlic Herb bread (which is a must!) and it was awesome. Cheba Hut may very well be my favorite place to go for sandwiches! Anytime I'm coming home from the mountains I'm going to have to set aside some time to make a stop here for a sammy!

Um, this place is the bomb! Great sandwiches, great pretzel bites, and great ambiance ! This place is definitely a place that would be easy to miss next to a few other restaurants, but it really is a great place to find a sandwich! There are a million different sandwiches and the service is always fast. They do a great job of getting people through the line, and the time for sandwiches and appetizers goes super fast. I cannot recommend this place enough, and there is even a bar in the back with drinks for those who need a pick me up!

Unfreakingbelievable. We thought the price was crazy until we tried it. That was one hell of a sub, one of the coolest and chillest ambiences (literally a cocktail bar) and they serve KOOLAID.

Really cool sandwhich shop with wall art and great food! Food: We ordered the AK-47, the Kali Mist, and pretzel nuggets. Great flavors all around and really enjoyed the fact that you can get sandwiches in 3 different sizes based off your appetite! Service was super fast, you can tell everyone behind the counter was really hustling to get orders out! I'm really glad we stopped here for lunch and would definitely return!

Sandwiches were delicious. The bread we got with garlic was very tasty, and toasted made it an even better sandwich. Would recommend

Which Wich? Not this one…read more I walk in, look around -- no employees. One other customer looks lost, he waits, then walks away. I ask what size the regular sandwich is, the teen answers 10" -- it was 6" for $10. I ask if mayo would be good on my sandwich, the employee mumbles, "I don't know I haven't had it." I end up telling him I don't want mayo. Fast forward 30 minutes and a lot of awkward silence with the two boys scampering around the back, there was mayo on the sandwich. Half way through the preparation of my sandwich a boy walks in (there was only one present up to this point). The teenage boy coughs into his armpit and then proceeds to put on gloves, at no point did he wash his hands. What makes this worse is the first boy hands my sandwich off to the second. I am not sure what the first had been doing up that point because it took another ~15 minutes for it to be done, keep in mind it was a turkey sandwich, nothing special. My family went to Chipotle, ordered for five at the same time I entered Which Wich and finished their food before I had received my one sandwich. It also smelled horribly. And was dirty. And above all, no greeting, no apology, and no explanation. I'm not the first to say this but GO TO THE CHIPOTLE NEXT DOOR INSTEAD! Horrible experience, worse service thanks to complete lack of competence of the employees and lack or manager or supervision. If I had a restaurant and wanted to put it out of business I wouldn't change a thing.

We stop by this small town cafe on the way to steamboat spring…read more Small town with lots of character. This establishment is super crowded, the host is super efficient with checking in and report via text once table is ready. Food: salmon with brown rice plate is excellent, steak and egg plate - eggs cooked well, however the steak sirloin is dry and well done for medium rare and dry. I would not recommend steak here. Sandwich is decent. Drinks are yummy. Cappuccino and frapp are delicious. Overall, this place just needs faster service, more waiter/waitress to accommodate the volume of customers on peak time

Food: The breakfast enchiladas with chorizo, smothered with…read moreColorado Green Chile and sitting on a bed of hash browns in an overly filling meal. Between the eggs, enchiladas, and hash browns, I was more than full and needed a take-home box as well. The flavors are good and the chorizo is spicy enough to stand out even among the smothering. Steer clear of the red Chile which is tomato and beans- would absolutely change the meal. Service: 2nd rush ~ we came in at 9 and were seated by 9:15. Our server said the first rush starts at 7AM and there is a line out the door. So come at 9 for a non-rushed sit-down ;-) The server was friendly and attentive. Payment expectation for restaurants is shifting though. When I was handed the credit card machine to check out, my suggested tip was between 22-30%, with a custom tip button as well. Ambience: The customers here are the general Dillon population and working class. It's not as bare bones as a diner, and not hoyty toyty like restaurants in neighboring Breck. The combination of all 3 will have me coming back for breakfast next time I'm up there.

Ambiance Good…read moreservice Food delicious !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was terrible…read more I ordered mac and cheese with chili and pork, and what came out looked like plain microwaveable Kraft mac and cheese. There was no chili, no pork, nothing -- just basic mac and cheese that tasted like it came straight out of a box. My friend ordered a burger that was supposed to come with lettuce, blue cheese, and the works. Instead, it arrived with just chicken and bread. That was it. No toppings at all. The water we were given was also incredibly dirty -- it literally looked grey. Service somehow managed to be both overwhelming and nonexistent. While we were eating, the waiter came back to the table every couple of seconds so we couldn't even have a conversation. But when we were actually ready for the check, suddenly there was no waiter anywhere and we fwaited about 15 minutes. On top of that, every request got mixed up. I asked for blue cheese and after about 10 minutes the waiter came back with ranch. Then I asked for lemon vinaigrette (which the meal was supposed to come with) and instead got honey mustard. After explaining again, she came back with... even more honey mustard. We also paid $10 for fries with green chili and received about 15 fries. And one more thing when paying they did NOT bring my card back for about 20 minutes. It was also extremely dark where we were sitting all of the surrounding lights were off but everywhere else in the resteraunt was perfectly fine Overall the food quality, service, and attention to orders were extremely disappointing. Definitely not an experience I'd repeat don't waste your money here.
