Stopped in today and got a chicken salad sub. Chicken salad is generous and fresh. The bread is soft. Toppings were fresh as well. Service was good and quick. Place is clean and bright. What more do you want besides maybe some chips &a soda read more

Which Wich - Chicken salad - Sandwiches Near Me - Silverthorne, Colorado

Which Wich? Not this one. I walk in, look around -- no employees. One other customer looks lost, he waits, then walks away. I ask what size the regular sandwich is, the teen answers 10" -- it was 6" for $10. I ask if mayo would be good on my sandwich, the employee mumbles, "I don't know I haven't had it." I end up telling him I don't want mayo. Fast forward 30 minutes and a lot of awkward silence with the two boys scampering around the back, there was mayo on the sandwich. Half way through the preparation of my sandwich a boy walks in (there was only one present up to this point). The teenage boy coughs into his armpit and then proceeds to put on gloves, at no point did he wash his hands. What makes this worse is the first boy hands my sandwich off to the second. I am not sure what the first had been doing up that point because it took another ~15 minutes for it to be done, keep in mind it was a turkey sandwich, nothing special. My family went to Chipotle, ordered for five at the same time I entered Which Wich and finished their food before I had received my one sandwich. It also smelled horribly. And was dirty. And above all, no greeting, no apology, and no explanation. I'm not the first to say this but GO TO THE CHIPOTLE NEXT DOOR INSTEAD! Horrible experience, worse service thanks to complete lack of competence of the employees and lack or manager or supervision. If I had a restaurant and wanted to put it out of business I wouldn't change a thing. read more

Place is filthy. Ordered and paid for a chicken parm. They were out of marinara and did not tell me when I ordered. There was a slice of deli chicken on bread. read more

i never have left a bad review but the workers were incompetent. they took forever in the line because they didn't know how to add. then it gets worse they let someone take my sandwich while i'm waiting and then they said they made it so they can't make another one. no manager. read more

After a nasty encounter trying to get something to eat at Timberline, we left and pulled in here to grab a bite before getting back on the road for a long drive ahead. Completely different menu obviously but guess what ? EVERYONE had a smile on their face! And get this - they WELCOMED us in as paying customers ! How's that for a novel idea ?? So friendly and warm - turned our bad experience into a positive one and we were back on the road ! Thanks all! You guys ROCK! read more

We got children working here. We were waiting 15 min for our Oreo shake (the entire time they were taking pictures of each other) Then they all disappeared into the back. I said excuse me and they never came out. So I went behind the counter and into the back office, what are they all doing?, talking and chillin. They just clearly didn't give a damn. I asked when they were going to make our shake and they said they already did and called out our name....hahahaha what a joke. We were standing there the whole time. SMH. I'm pissed and annoyed. 5 workers and none of them have any sense of what's going on. BEST PART: the milkshake is legit...milk. Should've thrown it at them but I have more class than that. So we stood at the register for 2 minutes watching them talk in a huddle ignoring us, paid for cup of milk, were disrespected by a place we usually love for 15 more minutes and left pissed the F off. Please, whoever owns this place...set some rules and boundaries. I know it's hard to get workers these days but My God these kids were horrible. read more

The food was good:) Undortunately, my son left behind his wallet. The manager (Joe Lucero) found it, contacted him, and mailed it to us! What a great human being. We are super grateful! We totally recommend this place. read more

Veggie burger was terrible. Fries were not good. Chicken parm looked like a turkey club. Wouldn't go back.

Our sandwiches were excellent. My son forgot he ordered French fries. I was ready to leave in my car and the very nice gentleman at the cashier brought my son's French fries to the car. That was unexpected but very much appreciated. Easter Sunday at 2:00pm or so. We will return with service like that. read more

Me and my friend were hungry and wanted something quick we were going to chipotle but we decided to try something new and we went to witch witch the food was very high quality and also the customer service was very friendly and they made small talk with us while they worked this was a very pleasant experience and I will come again as a local read more

Which Wich - A worker making my sandwich - Sandwiches Near Me - Silverthorne, Colorado

I like the bread!! The ordering system is ok but when you order a veggie it's a bit awkward. You would think the easiest sandwich to order would be a veggie... Anyway, when you walk in you are heartily welcomed! They are quick to help you figure out the ordering system if it's a struggle for your poor little subway trained brain... I made an avocado sandwich with so many veggie choices it was HUGE!! I like that you can add sliced eggs for extra protein. I also liked the olive salad. Yummy!! The wait was 10 minutes as the online orders I next themselves into the prep system along with walk up. The price for a large avocado sandwich with chips and a drink was $18!!!! WTH! Ouch. Mtn resort prices I guess. I would definitely choose this over subway any day but I'm not sure that says much. read more

Yo this place was so damn bad me and my boy prolly spent an hour in this John tryna get our grub. For starters there was two young teens who were very nice but it was there first day and they had no idea what they were doing. There was one lady back there as well doing a whole lot of nothing. I asked the two teens about her and they said she didn't even speak English. Then I asked if there was a manager that could help them out since it was their first day and they said he only comes in on Sundays at 12. This probably doesn't even sound real but it gets worse. The guac on my turkey sandwich was so nasty like seriously. And then when they had my fries ready they hid them around the corner and never told me that they were ready so by the time I noticed they were freezing cold. Only way to fix this is to fire the chick who don't even speak English. Get a real manager in there to teach the teen boys how to do everything properly. read more

I've had Which Wich Sandwiches in TX before and I really loved them - so when I saw here in CO I was excited to make a stop (because we don't have this in jersey). I like their concept of having a brown paper bag that you complete to customize your sandwich - that's a fun concept but I really thought their sandwiches tasted better...which is why I'm giving this location 3 stars today. Staff was friendly but my sandwich sucked. I'm vegetarian and had the black bean burger which was literally cold - i picked it out of my sandwich and regretted ordering it at all. I should've kept it simple veggies. Anyways I dunno if it was just that day or what but was not impressed at all and my meal was very mediocre. read more

The food was amazing and the bread wasn't that bad it could be a little bit better but all tho everything went good. They all so had some good service i will definitely come back here again very good sandwich. read more

Sandwich was just plain old not good. Not worth the long wait. We chose between this and chipotle and chose wrong.

Did an online order. They had no clue what I was talking about. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make 4 sandwiches. They Made the sandwiches for people that came behind us in line first. Out of what we ordered as well. read more

Only came here because the Chipotle next door closed early, but still hoped for the best. It blows my mind that a place that specializes in sandwiches does such a bad job on them. Granted, I'm not a regular and it could've just been an unlucky day, but this was the most overpriced sandwich I've had in years, possibly ever. $16 for a "large" Philly cheesesteak that was mostly bread. The peppers and onions were virtually non-existent. Sure, the bread makes it seem like a large sandwich, but there's minimal substance. Subway is better, and I only go there if I'm feeling desperate. Or if you like bread that much buy a baguette from the grocery store and call it a day because that's mostly what you're paying for: a large piece of bread wrapped in foil. (2 stars because they technically got the order right, and service was fast.) read more

This place is run by children lol. Messy and not clean, theres like six teens in the back. some with air pods in. it's just bad, i feel bad for them. but at the same time the service wasn't even good. No one to take our order for a few minutes. Also extremely and alarmingly overpriced Go to the chipotle next door read more

Waited 25 mins for my sandwich and staff said they were "goofing off at the chocolate factory next door".

Which Wich is the perfect place for picky sandwich eaters. It's all about customizing. You can get some of their famous works like an Italian or you can pick anything you want. So here's how it works. Grab a numbered bag that matches what your looking for. I got ham. Then you can select your type of bread, size for the sandwich, cheese, sauces, and veggies. They heated my sandwich so when I got a bite with the crusty bread and melted cheese and ham it was a good bite. I ordered buffalo and ranch sauce and all I saw and tasted was buffalo on half of it. Definitely would have enjoyed it more if the ratios would have been spot on across the whole sandwich. read more

I wish I could give this 0 stars. The two employees were so unprofessional and immature. It took literally 20 minutes to make one sandwich and they got our orders wrong. They were running around the store arguing like they were twelve. The way they spoke to customers was so rude. Please don't waste your time here. read more

Staff is under trained and extremely young. Not their fault, management needs to be better.

Great service at this location especially! Sandwiches good - bit pricey and could use more meat. I like the French Dip. Fries are good and fresh and filled to top. Shakes are good. Staff is usually knowledgable and friendly. We frequent there because they are in United Mileage Plus Program too. Good food, good service, maintaining Covid rules. read more

The food is mediocre and is run by all teenagers who do everything half-assed. Overpriced sandwiches that are super dry and flavourless. Would not recommend. read more

Service was good. They charged me an extra $2 for a wrap. The bag does not show an extra charge for this. Be aware.

Classic Sammy shop ran by staff that don't care. Several people can be seen sitting in back while one woman is working. Not very helpful or inviting and made my turkey and cheese sandwich after the people that ordered after me. Took forever. Go to snarf's. read more

Loved the sandwiches we purchased and the service was EXCELLENT! It was an efficient quick lunch for us as we travelled through on our way to Steamboat Springs. read more

The ordering system is weird. You write your order on a paper bag and give it to the clerk, who then tries to enter it into the iPad. I ordered the "cheeseburger" sub, which is really roast beef and American cheese. It took 15 minutes to get my sandwich, and there were only two people ahead of me. The sandwich was like a toasted Subway steak and cheese. Add a small bag of chips and small pop, and you are at $14.95. Only worth about $7.00. Add to that the long wait time, and this place is lucky to get 1 star. read more

Nothing really special about this Which Wich, but it makes a good sandwich. Prices are ok, however the gyro special was a bit steep for what you get. I'm sure this is packed on weekends, especially during ski season. Definitely a better option than Wendy's, Subway or the other fast-food choices. read more

Way overpriced for the quality of food you get. I think I counted 6 people behind the counter working and it still took 20 min to get two sandwiches. The kids who ordered before us were still waiting on fries after we'd received and left this place. I'll never again in my life give this place my money nor will I tell anyone good things about the sandwich shop. Never again read more

The ladies in here were too lazy to walk up to the counter, too lazy to make fries, and to lazy too make milkshakes so if you are looking for any of those things don't go here! read more

Menu prices not matching what rings up. This is frustrating as the team wasn't able to resolve quickly enough, so I reduced my order size.

The service was awful. They forgot some of our food and were very slow. They were also extremely expensive. The tables were a mess. And we saw one of our servers wipe there nose on there glove. But the sandwich was ok. Wanted to leave 0 stars but that wasn't an option. read more

Superior sandwiches? More like inferior bread. I got the meatball sub and only got meatballs and bread, the sauce was visible but not tasteable. The mozzarella was the same. The workers stared as I waited upon the register, starving from a long days journey waiting to order. After what seemed a century one approached quietly took my order then walked away, without a smile, and without a proper "Hi welcome". I will not be returning especially because of the state of the art chipotle right next door. read more

The worst Bánh Mì I've ever had. The jalapeños were not even in the flavor profile. Lukewarm pulled pork. No spice to it or flavor. Sloppy really. I grew up in South Seattle. Hit up White Center and you could get one priced at 1/3rd of the price of a large here or even 1/4th if you look well - same size. I've never paid this much for a Bánh Mì before. Wish I went to Chipotle... read more

I have been here a few times during the season and was always happy/satisfied. Recently I visited during mud season for lunch. The A team was not present. The two young ladies were pleasant and I did tip. But when I got home I noticed the cheese on the cheeseburger was not melted (solid square) and the sandwich was almost cold. I am 2 minutes up the road so the commute back was not a contributing factor and have had the same sandwich in the dead of winter that was perfect. read more

The service is ridiculously slow. Cool ordering concept, flawed execution. If Jimmy Johns can deliver a sandwich in 5 minutes, Which Wich can do it in less than 20 minutes. I'm telling you... if you want a sandwich from here, you have to set aside an extra 20 minutes because that's how long they'll take to put your sandwich together. Set aside an additional 5 minutes for each person that's with you. The sandwiches are okay. Nothing special. read more

Save yourself the trouble and go to the Chipotle next door. I used the online order system, and picked up my food. When I got home the order was completely wrong. I ordered extra ingredients on my sandwich, got charged for the ingredients, and received no ingredients. My sandwich was literally two pieces of bread and some meat...no veggies, no cheese and no dressing. I basically payed $12+ for some bread and a little bit of meat. Upon pick up, the staff was very difficult to communicate with due to language barrier. According to earlier reviews, this is not the first time this has been an issue, and management keeps apologizing for bad experiences. PRO TIP: Management, why don't you actually fix the issues instead of apologizing. I would have been significantly more satisfied with a $8 burrito next door. I will not be returning to a Which Wich in this location. read more

We decided to try this place after driving by. When we first arrived it was packed! The line moved pretty fast tho. I like how we get to fill out our order first. I like it better than any sub place that I have ever been to. I ordered the cookie sandwich but it wasn't very impressive. 2 stale cookies on top of scoop of icecream. I was expecting to have soft cookies. Other than that I like this place and the whole concept they have. read more
