Which Wich? Not this one. I walk in, look around -- no employees. One other customer looks lost, he waits, then walks away. I ask what size the regular sandwich is, the teen answers 10" -- it was 6" for $10. I ask if mayo would be good on my sandwich, the employee mumbles, "I don't know I haven't had it." I end up telling him I don't want mayo. Fast forward 30 minutes and a lot of awkward silence with the two boys scampering around the back, there was mayo on the sandwich. Half way through the preparation of my sandwich a boy walks in (there was only one present up to this point). The teenage boy coughs into his armpit and then proceeds to put on gloves, at no point did he wash his hands. What makes this worse is the first boy hands my sandwich off to the second. I am not sure what the first had been doing up that point because it took another ~15 minutes for it to be done, keep in mind it was a turkey sandwich, nothing special. My family went to Chipotle, ordered for five at the same time I entered Which Wich and finished their food before I had received my one sandwich. It also smelled horribly. And was dirty. And above all, no greeting, no apology, and no explanation. I'm not the first to say this but GO TO THE CHIPOTLE NEXT DOOR INSTEAD! Horrible experience, worse service thanks to complete lack of competence of the employees and lack or manager or supervision. After a nasty encounter trying to get something to eat at Timberline, we left and pulled in here to grab a bite before getting back on the road for a long drive ahead. Our sandwiches were excellent. My son forgot he ordered French fries. I was ready to leave in my car and the very nice gentleman at the cashier brought my son's French fries to the car. Yo this place was so damn bad me and my boy prolly spent an hour in this John tryna get our grub. For starters there was two young teens who were very nice but it was there first day and they had no idea what they were doing. There was one lady back there as well doing a whole lot of nothing. I asked the two teens about her and they said she didn't even speak English. Then I asked if there was a manager that could help them out since it was their first day and they said he only comes in on Sundays at 12. This probably doesn't even sound real but it gets worse. And then when they had my fries ready they hid them around the corner and never told me that they were ready so by the time I noticed they were freezing cold. We got children working here. We were waiting 15 min for our Oreo shake (the entire time they were taking pictures of each other) Then they all disappeared into the back. I said excuse me and they never came out. So I went behind the counter and into the back office, what are they all doing?, talking and chillin. They just clearly didn't give a damn. I asked when they were going to make our shake and they said they already did and called out our name....hahahaha what a joke. We were standing there the whole time. SMH. I like the bread!! The ordering system is ok but when you order a veggie it's a bit awkward. You would think the easiest sandwich to order would be a veggie... Anyway, when you walk in you are heartily welcomed! They are quick to help you figure out the ordering system if it's a struggle for your poor little subway trained brain... I made an avocado sandwich with so many veggie choices it was HUGE!! I like that you can add sliced eggs for extra protein. I also liked the olive salad. Yummy!! I've had Which Wich Sandwiches in TX before and I really loved them - so when I saw here in CO I was excited to make a stop (because we don't have this in jersey). I like their concept of having a brown paper bag that you complete to customize your sandwich - that's a fun concept but I really thought their sandwiches tasted better...which is why I'm giving this location 3 stars today. Staff was friendly but my sandwich sucked. I'm vegetarian and had the black bean burger which was literally cold - i picked it out of my sandwich and regretted ordering it at all. Only came here because the Chipotle next door closed early, but still hoped for the best. It blows my mind that a place that specializes in sandwiches does such a bad job on them. Granted, I'm not a regular and it could've just been an unlucky day, but this was the most overpriced sandwich I've had in years, possibly ever. $16 for a "large" Philly cheesesteak that was mostly bread. The peppers and onions were virtually non-existent. Sure, the bread makes it seem like a large sandwich, but there's minimal substance. Subway is better, and I only go there if I'm feeling desperate. Or if you like bread that much buy a baguette from the grocery store and call it a day because that's mostly what you're paying for: a large piece of bread wrapped in foil. So here's how it works. Grab a numbered bag that matches what your looking for. I got ham. Then you can select your type of bread, size for the sandwich, cheese, sauces, and veggies. They heated my sandwich so when I got a bite with the crusty bread and melted cheese and ham it was a good bite. I ordered buffalo and ranch sauce and all I saw and tasted was buffalo on half of it. Nothing really special about this Which Wich, but it makes a good sandwich. Prices are ok, however the gyro special was a bit steep for what you get. I have been here a few times during the season and was always happy/satisfied. Recently I visited during mud season for lunch. The A team was not present. The two young ladies were pleasant and I did tip. But when I got home I noticed the cheese on the cheeseburger was not melted (solid square) and the sandwich was almost cold. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Chipotle next door. I used the online order system, and picked up my food. When I got home the order was completely wrong. I ordered extra ingredients on my sandwich, got charged for the ingredients, and received no ingredients. My sandwich was literally two pieces of bread and some meat...no veggies, no cheese and no dressing. I basically payed $12+ for some bread and a little bit of meat. Upon pick up, the staff was very difficult to communicate with due to language barrier. According to earlier reviews, this is not the first time this has been an issue, and management keeps apologizing for bad experiences. PRO TIP: Management, why don't you actually fix the issues instead of apologizing. I would have been significantly more satisfied with a $8 burrito next door.
