My goal is to learn to breathe correctly so that I can do laps at any swimming pool for exercise. Vlad is super! He has started teaching me strokes and how to breathe and while not easy at the beginning with practice I will be on my way! In just the past 4 lessons with Dynamo Swim Club he has improved exponentially. He now has a confidence and enthusiasm for swimming which was sadly lacking, due to his previous experiences.
