I came in to have my roots colored, and expecting to have over dyed ends AGAIN, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't need the rest of my hair dyed. Karissa is a master of her craft, and checked on me very frequently just to get the color right. I haven't gotten a cut yet, but that'll be my anticipated visit. He did tell me at the start of the appointment that it would take two visits to get me as light as I want, but he could've done a lot more for me in one appointment. He put a "full head" of foils on my roots, but did not put any highlight in the body of my hair. He also over-toned it to a very boring and blah shade of beige. During the visit he asked if I could help put his foils together which is not really a huge deal, but if I'm paying close to 200$ for my hair I would like to feel pampered not doing work. He also got one of his students to wash my colour out, and she was quite awful at it as half of my foundation on my face was gone afterwards. I seen no change in my hair after the appointment, was a complete waste.
