They put a new batter, new tire sensor, oil change. Little did I know when I went in for my first oil change at Subaru a list of way past overdue maintenance services were overlooked by Acura. I ended up spending over $1200 dollars to get the car up to date. Nothing on the vehicle history report stated that any of these required services were completed and when Subaru checked their records none were found on it either. I'm very disappointed that Acura did not take care of this before selling the vehicle. At this point I will never do business with them again in the future.

Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Experience…read more I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dealership. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and condescending. Before I was even allowed to test drive the vehicle, they insisted on running my credit--something that should never be a requirement just to see if I even like the car. After they pulled my credit, they took it upon themselves to shame me for having a Chapter 7 bankruptcy on my report, which was both unnecessary and inappropriate. They then told me the only way I could be approved is with a co-signer--again, before I'd even sat in the car. When I was finally given the key to view the vehicle, the key wouldn't even unlock the car. I went back inside to let them know, and instead of resolving the issue, the salesman came out only to inform me--after his co-workers apparently "reviewed my application"--that I was denied. This entire process felt like a bait-and-switch mixed with judgmental attitudes and poor customer service. Their business practices are terrible, and they clearly have no respect for people who may be rebuilding their credit. Save yourself the frustration--don't buy from here.
