Worst customer service ever. Left me a woman and my children stranded on the side of the mountains because we told him we had dispatched road side assistance and they cancelled our tow, he said we need to figure something else out because he doesn't want to waste his time driving out and I even had the road side assistance supervisor on speaker so Glenn's towing could hear them say they cancelled our previously dispatched tow. It's Father's Day and this man was the closest towing company and left a woman and her children stranded with no options. What is this world coming to ??? read more

Knows what he is doing! Had backed up and rolled up over a large rock and was stuck on it. After an hour and a half of us trying to get it out without tearing up the undercarriage with no luck, I made the call. He had me out in 10 mins and without any damage to the vehicle of which I was extremely grateful, as it was my neighbors car! Well worth the call!! read more

We are "out of towners" pulling a horse trailer that broke down on that dangerous winding road, Sucks Creek, and let me tell you, that road sux! But Glenn didn't! He not only rescued us in a very timely and professional fashion, he was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond. He did NOT gouge us, as he could have easily, since we were at his mercy. He also was ready and willing to drive us the 45 minutes to the airport so we could get a rental car, saying, "I'm not going to just leave you!" But we were able to Uber instead, saving this nice man the trouble, as he already had been with us four hours or more.
