This was my favorite chain in Thailand, and I'm so glad that a location opened up here in Bolsa. The Mocha is my favorite. I got two with 100% and 130% sweetness. At 100% I could still taste a hint of the bitterness of the coffee, so I prefer 130- but both were good. I make my own Thai tea at home so I never order it at places but I wanted to know what the hype with theres was, as they are known for Thai tea. Firstly, I didn't realize if u order the no ice bottled version which is significantly smaller than a regular cup, it's still the same price. The Thai tea is brewed fresh, and has a deeper herbal flavor as it traditionally should be, making it much more concentrated and stronger than what SoCal people are used to. I LOVE Thai tea, but this was a HUGE disappointment. Thai tea SHOULD NOT be $7. I got a Thai tea with 70% sweet, but the worker recommended I got 100% for a creamier drink. I still went with 70% because I like a bold, strong flavor. There's also a flyer stating the reason why there is so much ice which is to lessen the strong tea as it melts. You'd assume that the tea from an authentic Thai brand would be strong but NO. The Thai tea tasted watered down, and the tea was not strong AT ALL. The drink was mostly milk/cream with a splash of tea. The fact that this place is charging $7 for a splash of Thai tea bothers me. A huge bag of Thai tea is less than $15, and you can find it at any grocery store in Little Saigon. If you want Thai tea, go to 7leaves or any restaurant. This new Thai tea is opened up in the area so I decided to give it a try. Thai tea: 3/5 The Thai tea had a strong condensed milk flavor and it wasn't strong enough on the Thai tea flavor. The amount of ice also contributed to a diluted flavor. I was really disappointed as I have made Thai tea many times at home using the same tea leaves. I got 100% sweet and also one with 70% sweet. The 70% tasted extremely watered down with no flavor. Green Thai tea: 4/5 The green Thai tea was way better than the Thai tea. The sweetness was perfect and the texture of the boba was just right. I would recommend getting light ice on their drinks though. Pandan boba: 4/5 This is the first place I have tried pandan boba at. The flavor of pandan was strong and the texture was bouncy and it was fresh. I think this topping is a great creation for this menu. However pandan boba and Thai tea clashes flavors so I recommend getting it with a plain milk tea instead. Tip: the parking lot is terrible. I generally prefer my drinks less sweet (I usually get half sweet at other spots), and 30% is still quite flavorful for me. There was a line out the door, but the service went by quick relative to the line and the cashier was professional and great! Prices are on par with what you'd expect of milk tea spots. (Cups are also way more durable, so can have multiple uses - a little detail that I appreciate/make use of) Location is great, near so many "hot spots"like phuoc loc tho, seafood cove, etc. Parking is limited/2 spots designated per shop, so if you aren't able to snag a spot directly there, go over to the mall next door (and enjoy some food & shopping there too!). There is a fee to use credit card which wasn't mentioned at the time of purchase. Another downside was the amount of ice in the drinks, the cups were filled 2/3 with ice. The policy is rigid and unaccommodating since you can either request for no ice or full ice so they are unable to adjust it to less ice. Most of the drinks ended up being watered down and not as sweet due to the large amount of ice they put in the drinks. I enjoyed the Thai coffee which was strong and had a nice flavor. I also enjoyed the green thai tea which was delicious and creamy. I didn't like the thai tea as it didn't really stand out to me and didn't taste better than other thai teas I've had. The pandan boba didn't have much flavor and didn't taste like pandan. I also had their rose milk tea which was ok, I wasn't a fan of the flavor. It didn't really taste like a rose flavor either, it was more strong on the tea flavor. There are restrooms available and the parking is easy during weekdays however during weekends, it can be more difficult since it is right next to the Asian Garden Mall. read more

Came for their soft opening on Thursday afternoon and their tea is super top notch! The founder/CEO of this location is different from LA/Rosemead but she's super nice and personable, even making some recommendations on sweetness and let us sample the pandan boba! Note some details is that the parking lot is crazy small, we parked at the Asian Garden Mall next door and walked over but there's no connector so you do have to walk all the way out to the street and around. Another thing as many other people have stated is that you can't control how much ice is in your drink. I'm sure it's part of their ratios and also enhances the quality of the drink but our drink came with 2/3 ice and we had to drink it fast to prevent any water-down taste. My husband and I ordered: -Thai Iced Tea, 100% sugar -Thai Green Milk Tea, 100% sugar with pandan boba Would highly recommend trying the pandan boba.
