The installation was fast (only took about 45 min) and efficient. I have zero problems or complaints about the actual installment. My only complaint is that I felt a little uncomfortable at their business. While no one was outright rude to me, I was not greeted with the same enthusiasm as I've witness other customers receive. I surely felt out of place. They were pretty busy that day but not too busy to fully engage other customers. They answered my questions and did a great job on the install but I wish the shop was more welcoming to a diverse population. I would still recommend them for hitch and bike rack installs (5/5) but not necessarily for customer service (3/5). Whatever you do, don't go to Uhaul for hitch installs lol.

He asked me what I was looking for in a CarPlay system to update my SUV and I gave him an overview of what I wanted. He sent me an email with details of three different models and the pros and cons of each. I made my choice and he ordered the parts and we set an appointment. The night before the install, he sent me a confirmation email and he was precisely on time the next morning. To my utter surprise, he personally came out to perform the install. He was outside in my driveway for around three hours and installed the CarPlay and Bluetooth and a backup camera. He answered my questions patiently and taught me the whole system when he was finished. He patiently answered my newbie questions and didn't talk down to me. He made sure I knew I could call him with any questions in the future. I am so grateful he followed up with me after my original review, and I am so glad I gave him an opportunity to show me how he and his business could shine.
