Previously to bringing in the car this week I called and indicated that the cruise control (cc) stopped working. After diagnosing the car, they told me that the CC needed to be recalibrated, however, they do not have a the equipment to recalibrate adaptive CC. They didn't know it was adaptive until they ran the VIN and diagnosed. B/C of the history that they had with the car, I would have thought they knew it was adaptive. If I would have known I would have taken the car to the dealership straight away. They did only charge me for half the diag. fee. My point is that I have to go to the dealership. It is an inconvenience having to go to two places to fix something. This gives me pause to go back to this shop.

I was in the process of taking off my tonneau cover, and he told me he'd have the team take it off and have it back one when they were done. I made some special requests like no Line-x stickers or badges and to have some holes taped down. I waited for the truck since I didn't have a ride. Watched some cable TV that was available in the waiting area. Very friendly staff, we discussed the shows. When the truck was done, one of the workers brought it around to the front and had me inspect. I was really happy about the way it looked on the truck, amazing product. My bed was all scratched up before, because I was too lazy to get it done sooner, but now it looks brand new and better. All in all I'm satisfied with the job. I'd give them 4.5/5 if I could. The only reason for me taking off a half point is for some minor miss in details. They sprayed over 2 bolts (shouldn't really matter though) and there was some overspray in my bedgate latches.
