During a visit to review an issue with our furnace last fall, the technician from Chase found a critical failure in the ignition area and thereby saved us from Carbon Monoxide being pulled into the home. We were told the furnace needed replacement. As part of the discussion about new equipment, we complained about our terrible A/C system. After making various calculations, they came to the conclusion, the reason we don't keep up in the summer time during high temps was due to our system being too small, so we decided it was time to replace the gas furnace and A/C all at the same time with a high capacity Trane system that Chase recommended. We not only believe the new system is much more efficient, but just this week (7/3-4/2026) during 100+ temps and 111 heat index, we are having NO issues maintaining low 70's temps inside. This change has been worth every penny and we are seeing utility savings on year over year, monthly bills paying us back month by month. We suffered for years believing that A/C use in summer just can't keep up with the soaring temps and come to find out now, we suffered for no reason, as that was anything but true. Imagine this...It's Friday night, you're all cozied up in bed and snuggling with your little one (or furball..or alone, whatever you prefer). Then you get a late text from your tenant asking if they could call you, in regards to a plumbing issue. You call and talk to them and find out that there's a clog and it's leaking...what do you do?! First...make sure it's not too much of an emergency. My tenants are pretty awesome and told me that it was not an emergency, but would need for someone to come out in the AM to assist. I sent out text messages to all of my friends, my realtor friends, and coworkers. I got a few contacts and prepped to reach out to them first thing on a Saturday morning. I had heard back from a few and confirmed that it was actually a bigger job and would need to reach out to an actual company to fix what my issue was. My "other" mother had suggested these guys and she spoke highly of them. Their website looks legit and I decided to give these guys a try. I'M SO GLAD I DID! On a Saturday, I spoke with Thomas from their call center who was able to get me in touch with one of their technicians (Robert) and he called me back quickly. We discussed about the situation and what to expect, not only that but he was super patience with me in explaining the steps that he would need to do to help resolve my described issues/concerns. Can I just say again how freaking awesome that was?! The fact that someone took the time to explain to me of what the process would be required and any "why" questions I had. Anyways, he was able to make it out to the house within an hour. He tested it and actually confirmed that there was no clog and that we most likely experience a "soft clog" and products that we should use to unclog it (keep it to natural ingredients ladies and gents!). I took this as a sign and decided to go ahead and auger the pipes just in case. I can't even imagine the thought of a hard clog haha. The service was done within 2 hours and clean up too! Robert was fantastic and I am honestly impressed with these guys. Turns out, they do not advertise, their business is based on Word of Mouth so...I'M SHARING IT WITH MY FELLOW YELPERS! haha. I can't believe that these guys were able to come out on a weekend and help me with my situation. The total for the work/material/labor was reasonable and I just really loved the fact that Robert took the time to explain to me of the process and what to expect. Chase Plumbing and Heating came out and switched our non- working heat pump system last week. What a pleasure to interact with professionals in this line of work. They came in introduced themselves and asked I had any questions about the procedure. They explained to me what they were going to do and that it would be noisy. It was not too noisy. They were courteous, and pleasant. The work was completed in about six hours. I received an explanation of the new system and how it works. They explained how to change the filter and answered all my questions. The warranty is excellent! What a wonderful company to work with. My A/C was not working properly and gave Chase a call. Joe called me back within 10 mins and was at my house within 45 mins. Fixed my A/C and made sure everything else was working properly. Ensure my A/C was draining properly as well. Will recommend my friends to Chase and will keep my business in the future. My new 'go to' plumber. We have lived in our home for over 25 years. We have had the need for plumbers throughout that time for various things - big and small. I had come to DREAD calling any of the plumbers we have used - cost, not responding, leaving us hanging for days/weeks, doing a job and leaving in the middle every time to go buy parts, etc, etc, etc. I have used Chase twice now - first time because my previous plumber - never showed up or called. Never. And that was someone who has been around a long time and I thought was as good as it was going to get. So - Chase came the first time, within 24 hours, gave us a window of time for the visit, did the work without having to leave and come back, did a great job, was pleasant and talked to us all as if we had brains, and the cost was very reasonable. Nobody wants to have to fix the plumbing, but if you have to - that is what you are looking for. So - I called them again for the next issue (new refrigerator, needed icemaker hooked up as well as remove a previous plumbers bad choices from a previous refrigerator). I called around 5 pm, they were here the next morning. They came in, talked to us like we had brains, once again, gave us options - and then set about doing a professional job. And all at a reasonable price, within the range I had set in my head. After a mistake on our part with filling out the check, they called to request a new one, and were, again, pleasant on the phone. Nobody wants to have to call a plumber. Its almost as bad as calling the dentist. But, honestly, Chase makes it - not so big of a deal. The costs are what I expect, the work leaves me without worry, they finish the project in a very reasonable amount of time, not over days with trips to get supplies, and they treat you with respect. What more could I want? So glad we found them - again - all because the previous plumber never even showed up and didn't even have the courtesy to call us and tell us they weren't going to show up... read more
