I've had many techs come out to my house over the years but Nick was one of most professional and knowledgeable techs I have seen. Extremely friendly, knew what he was doing and took the time to explain things where it made sense. I was actually going to go with another company for my next years annual contract but after meeting Nick and watching him go about his job, I'm staying with White Glove. You might find a few companies cheaper than White Glove but by sticking with them, I know I'm getting my monies worth. Thanks Nick for your professionalism and your work ethic. I wish there were more guys like you out there.

I can tell that they're extremely professional and an honest company. Since my friend is in HVAC, I defer to him, but if he's unavailable, I'm calling Air Energy Solutions!

I am finally so glad for the great service of Andrew from Fusion. I found him to be very talented, honest, reliable, hardworking, committed. Probably attitude is not the best, little short-tempered, but that is acceptable while I get such a reliable service for complicated problems like HVAC. I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. And of course the price charged for the repair was very reasonable. I guess service of Andrew and Fusion is already popular, but I wish further success of his business.

He returned and replaced the dip tube, which corrected the problem. We have used Universal previously and were satisfied with their service and price - especially because we dealt with Stephan. It's sad that our impression of Universal was diminished by this incident. Anne Walsh

So Nick came over and talked with me and was really helpful. I had told him what was going on and it turned out that the real issue was my house's main water shutoff. That's major to me, and I liked the honesty as I was shown the list of pricing so I understood that these were set prices and that made me feel safer, like someone wasn't just trying to give a higher cost because I'm a woman.
