I came here for the first time with my dog today and it is absolutely beautiful. I was delighted to see there was a little pond for my dog to grab a drink from on the walk and he also decided to go for a little impromptu swim . I literally can not wait to come back and explore a little more with my !

One of my favorite places to take my dog for a walk. While we haven't ventured off of the main path of yet, we are excited to explore the space more and more. There is an average sized parking lot and a several huge fields for your children or doggos to run and play in. There is a small pond that many dogs like to swim in at the top of the hill as well. There are a few different trails you can veer off on as well. The foliage is beautiful if you go in the fall. Expect to see a lot of dogs off leash. Enjoy!

Kylo (our GSD) had an absolute blast. The trails were clean the other people there were all extremely friendly. There was a very clean pond out back available for dogs to swim in. 100% will be back very soon.

I do really love this farm/park. It's used for events and for dog walkers. My lower star rating is unfortunately because of some people that frequent this park. The sign says dogs must be leashed and waste must be disposed of. After the first hill (sometimes not even) most dog owners take their dogs off the leash. What bothers me are those that have dogs they cannot control. I have a small puppy who gets along great with dogs big and small. Unfortunately that's not the case for all dogs. I've pretty much restricted my dog to always being on the leash- so I can quickly pull him away from crazy dogs. It's 50/50 for me. Some days you meet great owners and dogs and some days it's the complete opposite. However, the views are gorgeous and the outermost land is where the walking trails are, that also lead into short trails through the woods. There's also a small pond that dogs can swim at. It really is a lovely place!

Really beautiful and dog friendly park! I love walking my dog here. Whether you're looking for a lengthy walk with amazing scenery and foliage views, or lounging in the garden or nearby pond, this park has it all. They also hold concerts which I haven't checked out yet but I have heard they're fun.

    Beautiful Chase Farm.

My dog Maple and I love Chase Farm! Like Joseph D. said, it's hard to believe this place is so close to Providence. It feels like you're in the country. Even in February, this park is still lovely. Definitely the perfect place to spend a laid back afternoon with your pup. There are plenty of benches so it's also a great spot for a picnic. We keep Maple on leash always, but there were plenty of dogs at the park who were not leashed and ran up to us, their owners nowhere to be found. Not a big deal for us, but if you do have a dog that isn't socialized, you will probably want to go somewhere else. Even if you don't have a dog, Chase Farm is worth a visit. The hills aren't very steep, so it's perfect for kids. It's also an excellent spot for kite flying!

Gorgeous park..does not feel anything like breakneck hill road once you get past the first hill...feeling transformed is an accurate description! I saw a blacksmith shop that does either classes or demos (Saturday AM) and I have even seen them setting up for a Saturday afternoon concert! Such a cool outdoor space that I saw being enjoyed by all - young, old, furry and not so furry! No, this is not a dog park - but any well behaved dog would love to join it's people on a stroll here. I've seen big dogs and small dogs..and they were having a blast while us humans socialized with each other. All around, a hidden gem for nature and dog lovers alike, right here in Lincoln, RI! Bring your leashed dog, water and some do-do bags and enjoy!

Used to come here with my dog! Omg there is so so so so so much land! If you trust your dog off the leash this is 100% the place to go. So nice to go here on a nice cool day with your furry friend. Also they have a Great Lake for your pup to swim! I am always trying to find a good place to take my dog and I absolutely love this spot

    So pretty.

Chase Farm is a lovely, open, area for a walk with or without your pup! Less than 10 minutes from my house, it has become a regular stop for us on nice days. There are many signs that remind dog owners to keep their dogs on leash, that this is not an off leash dog park. Every so often, the local police will stop by and distribute tickets to owners whose dogs are not leashed. However, most people who bring their dogs do let them off leash. Myself included. It's a lovely area for dogs to run around and explore. There is a small pond on the property that there are usually a few dogs frolicking in, whatever the weather. I have never once seen a dog that was aggressive or otherwise poorly behaved. The owners have been attentive and responsive to their dogs, and I've never seen issues arise. There are trails around the farm, and some through the woods. It can be breezy there, so be sure to dress appropriately. And if your dog likes the water, bring a towel or 2! I've been told there's poison ivy off of some of the trails, so keep your eyes open. But be sure to enjoy the land... and keep your eyes on your pup!

Wonka enjoying the view at Chase Farm!

Great place to take your pup. Wide open. Clean. Easy drive from Providence. Not many people when I was there. Nice pond.

There is a large grassy area filled with toy houses that the kids can go inside. There are also some swings and a pretty toddler safe jungle gym. There are a few things about the jungle gym that aren't great for the under 3 crowd, namely a set of climbing rungs built for taller kids and there are 1 or 2 spots on the second level that don't have a railing so if your child doesn't understand how gravity works yet they are liable to step off the edge and fall 4-5 feet to the sandy ground. There is also a cement area with 2 toy basketball hoops that I've witnessed many a stumbling toddler fall on. I appreciate all the benches for parents and misc. caregivers to sit and chat (a big plus if you're there for 1-2 hours a day and don't feel the need to hover obsessively over your child). Best part is that it's gated and that almost every area of the park is clearly visible from every bench (again, great if your an aware, but not obsessive parent). The only major con is the cleanliness of the park, specifically the amount of trash on the ground. There are a few garbage cans but I regularly see people just leaving napkins and wrappers on the benches or ground. It would be great to see people throwing out their trash or seeing the city clean up once in a while. Another lesser con is that nobody bothers to throw away any broken toys, there have been a few times that I've had to deal with a baby crying because I wouldn't let him impale himself on a jagged, broken shovel piece. So that's less than ideal.
