Chase is awesome. The quote was fair, the tear off, replace sheeting, paper shingles and clean up in a day. The workers were focused and the roof looks spectacular! read more

my experience with this company was remarkable! They were early every day, took their time to Make sure things were done correctly. Their craftmanship and attention to detail is above all standards I have ever witnessed before. they even offered extra details at the end, which I thought was above and beyond anybody's usual duties. I have dealt with numerous contractors, all different, some good and some bad, but this company I would recommend for the best price, fairness and quality! They are willing to work with you, and make sure things are done up to par, very satisfied with this amazing company. read more

We highly recommend Chase Construction NW. Gary was very easy to work with and he did not try to oversell us on things we didn't need. We have used them in the past for a skylight replacement and roof leak repairs (which was great), and when it came time to replace our aging roof, Chase was the first we called. The crew of 4-5 people came in, did there work, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The project took 4 days, including new gutters and downspouts. We will definitely use Chase in the future. read more

They did a great job and brought our attention to our chimney which was in need of repair.

One of the biggest thing I like about this construction was how fast they were able to repair my bathroom vent. There was a good amount of rain water seeping through the vent and it needed quick attention since it was going through my attic walls and through and master bathroom ceiling. The team that climbed my roof to replace the vent took about 20 minutes. Now I've got a peace of mind knowing that this issue is taken care of before heavy rains start's happening. This company appreciates their clients, they were nice enough to send me through the mail a bag of coffee and a small coffee mug to show that they value my business. I will certainly reach out to this company for my future business needs, along with referring them to my friends and family. read more

We had a major leak develope on our roof and needed a new roof. We got 8 estimates and choose Chase Construction to do our roof. My experience with Chase Construction has been professional, efficient, courteous and communicative, in all the best ways. The prices are competitive and fair. Juan's crew worked promptly and quickly (I honestly thought it would take so much longer, I'm fairly impressed), and cleaned up after themselves without need supervision. I'm really happy with the service I've gotten. read more

Chase Construction Northwest just completed a re-roofing job for us. From the first sales call to the post-completion visit they were outstanding. The sales rep, Gary, was attentive, responsive, made sure our questions were answered, and quoted a fair price. Chase himself, the owner, visited pre-sale, during construction, and again after completion of the work. The job foreman and his crew worked carefully, paid attention to details, and cleaned up every day. And we now have a new roof that looks great and has a GAF Golden Pledge Warranty, maybe the best in the industry. read more

I recently had my roof replaced by Chase Construction North Wes. They did an amazing job. Installers were polite, respectful and fast. The entire job only took two and a half days. They started early and worked late in the evenings. As you can see from the photos I have a lot of peaks and different levels. Every night they completely cleaned up everything on the property. It didn't even look like they had been here. I felt I got a fair price with a great warranty. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof. read more

What an amazing experience I had with Chase Construction. I'm a new home owner and started projects that my house needed. I definitely needed a new roof, I heard about Chase Construction and made a call for them to come out and check out my roof. I had such a great experience right off the bat. They're professional and very caring to what I needed. I didn't know the process of a new roof and they went over everything with me in great detail. Chase personally came out and made me feel very educated and understanding on what needs to be done. The boys that came out and fixed the roof were AMAZING 10/10. They set the bar so HIGH when it comes to customer service, attention to detail making and sure I never have to worry about my roof again. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the work they did and how human they are, they treated my house as it was their own with so much care. Don't waste your time calling random roofers to get estimates, just call Chase Construction now! 10/10 guys, Thank you very much!! read more

I needed a new roof, so I got several bids and chose Chase Construction. My house was built in 1929 and is very steep with many angles. I knew this would be a tough roof installation and I'm glad I went with Chase. The foreman was very knowledgeable and communicated with us along the way. I would highly recommend Chase Construction to anyone. read more

Gary came to my home to give me an estimate for a roof and was very personable from the start. He was direct, addressed my priorities and gave me choices that reflected my needs. Pricing was fair and the quality is amazing. Chase has been communicative, helpful and has prioritized the end result at every turn. Gary has answered every question and followed through on every commitment. To do it over again, I would still go with Chase. As the job progressed, other needs came up. Gary ended up going above and beyond to make sure the projects were completed seamlessly and in a timely manner. Definitely giving all the stars! read more

Chase Construction NW offers the security and reliability of an established company with the direct intimacy of a personal business. My bid almost didn't get picked up because the guy at the office initially told me I was out of the service area, but Joel (the business owner) picked up my email inquiry and came over personally to do an estimate. We chatted for over an hour and a half on all things roofing and I learned a lot about how roofs are built. We talked about many options for shingle brands and colors. I got the impression these guys are experts who are really invested in their craft and aren't just around to sell roofs. I got bids from 4 roofers and called 3 more and ended up taking CCNW's proposal. Even though it was not the cheapest bid, I felt like the combination of personal investment from the owner, over 2 decades in the business, and video evidence of their recent work on social media made them the best choice to trust with my property. (Their website is a little out of date but their gallery is more current on social media complete with drone footage.) They have a blog that I read a lot of while researching this job, and only a few roofers in the country have that kind of online presence (Bill Ragan in Tennessee is one of the only other ones comparable) I took it as further proof Joel and his crew are experts in the field and not just another company out to make a buck. With these big and important jobs it's vital to hire the best in the business and not the lowest number. My previous roof was only about 15 years old and was done by the previous owner but it was missing just about everything aside from the shingles, like W valley flashings and all drip edges. The crew I hired to patch exposed nails and build a cricket on my chimney to address issues identified by the home inspector when we moved in 3 years ago also did a shoddy job and didn't bother flashing the chimney or the cricket. The whole area was rotted and had to be replaced. There's a lot of room to cut corners in this business and hiring the right guys who are fundamentally opposed to doing that kind of thing through pride and honor is going to make the difference between your roof lasting 30+ years and being junked at 15. The crew spent a week and a half on my job because of how much decking had to be replaced. I came back to check in with them at least once a day and they talked me through the job status and showed me their progress up top. I'm a stickler for details both because I like seeing how everything is done and because I need to account for everything to make sure nothing was overlooked. The crew was very professional and clear about what they were doing and were happy to explain the details to me. When I went up on the roof halfway through I saw they had already built up a Y junction that previously was a dead zone for leaves and water into a raised pitched area with a flat roof torch down without me needing to point it out. This was a problem I was aware of but forgot to bring up as I didnt think there was any way to fix the structure of the roof itself, and they had already taken care of it. I was confident the crew was leaving no stone unturned and cutting no corners. Brandon was my foreman and he was both incredibly professional and extremely personable. Even still, I was constantly on his back asking questions about the job and checking if all the details were covered and he was always two steps ahead of me and very patient and polite. Trusting someone to tear apart and rebuild half your house is a huge leap of faith and it made a big difference to know your property is in good hands and the guys working on it will treat it like their own. It's also important to know that if something goes wrong, the guys you hire will have your back instead of trying to take a backdoor. My two skylights I had replaced had the wrong kind of glass on them and no one noticed until the job was finished. I called Joel about them and he said that was not the look he was going for nor what we agreed on, and even though it wasn't anyone's fault except maybe the manufacturer he agreed to have them reordered and swapped out for no additional charge. Joel is also one of the few roofers who offer the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty, and although I can't vouch for how it works (and hopefully I'll never have to use it) it gives you extra peace of mind that a third party (the manufacturer) vouches for the integrity of your roof for the next 30 years including workmanship, and that unlike my last roof everything that's supposed to be there is installed properly. If you want honest and honorable professionals who will deliver the best work and service on your house as if it was one of their own, you should hire Chase Construction NW. read more

From my initial call, to the end result I have been completely satisfied. The workers were by far the stars of the show though. I take my landscaping very seriously and almost put off the install until after the flower season. Just because I was worried about the mess.... Literally there was no mess during the entire process they kept up on the clean up. Not one single flower was harmed during the process . Fair priced, high quality, professional installers are some of the words that come to mind when recommending this company. read more

We were in need of a skylight replacement and wanted to indulge a bit with a really nice Velux Window. Chase Construction was on their list of factory trained companies and their reviews on here and other sites showed them to be best of the best. Gary, the Sales Manager arrived within a few days of inquiry to make a quote and was very thorough in his evaluation and ensuring the job would meet our vision. He was very accommodating when we asked about some different options and made sound recommendations about those choices. We had two visits and a final walkthrough (by Chase himself), and every person that came/was on the crew were friendly, professional, neat, and took care about working around our furnishings. Their work was very efficient and overall, the job met the expected timeline. The finished job actually exceeded expectation as did the level of service. We intend to use them for a roof replacement here in the next month or two. read more

I had new roof installed by Chase Construction NW The estimator gave me a detailed estimate and communicate with me promptly with all my questions and clarifications. The roof installers crew were excellent, they communicate with me answer all my questions. Showed me all the needed repair/replacement. They were polite courteous. And work hard. They were cleaning all around house often. The roof looks great and I am very satisfied. The company also made the financing process very easy and speedy. read more

I didn't end up needing their services but I appreciated their responsive and professional nature in dealing with me.

Working with this company was a pleasant experience. The team was professional and polite. They were scheduled to be on-site for two days but finished in one, without impacting the quality of installation. There was an issue where a sheet of plywood hit an outdoor light. The electrician went out and purchased a new one with one that I consider better quality and installed. While doing the roof, they changed out a bathroom light for a light fan combo and vented it through the roof. The hole in the ceiling had to be bigger so there was a lot of material around during the installation but they cleaned it up nicely. Once the gutters were on the house it brought it all together and it looks wonderful. I would highly recommend Chase Construction for roof replacement. read more

I gave Chase a great 5 star review the 1st time. The 2nd time around was not so great, because I had a leaking problem and the service was not that great. The rainy season started! I called the receptionist in November and they never called me back. Then I called the receptionist in December and I that took weeks for them to call back. The 1st time they always called me back right away! The 2nd time it took weeks before they even gave me a quote. I didn't felt that happy with them anymore. read more

I hired Chase Construction to reroof our house about 6 months ago. They also did 5 replacement skylights and new gutters. Everything looked great but I was waiting for the rains to come to really judge the end result. After a few minutes of heavy rain in the fall, we had an issue with the water overshooting the gutters in a couple of spots. I put a call in to Gary and he arranged for their team to come out and come up with a solution. In the end, everything is great and looks fantastic. Summary: Price/Affordability - 10/10 Responsiveness - 10/10 Quality (Product and Craftsmanship) - 10/10 Warranty (Product and Craftsmanship) - 10/10 I had a great experience from Chase Construction. I put a request for bids on yelp for a roof replacement. They were one of the first to reach out with a little bit of information and possible times to meet. Within a few days of that request, they had a technical sales rep (Gary) come out and check out my current roof, go over my options. There really wasn't much pressure or upselling which I appreciated. I did a bit of homework on the front end and was set with what type of shingles I needed. Gary was very informative. Usually responded within a day to questions I had about specifics of the job, and explained things in a manner that I could understand. I received 5 proposals from 5 different contractors, they where on of the most competitive, and worked with me a bit to keep everything within budget (I had a solar project going on at the same time). Chase got me scheduled 3 weeks after signing our agreement. the guys that were on site consistently, showed up at early (a little before 8), but didn't start hammering away until a little after 8. They took the time to answer my curiosity questions about roofing, they didn't seem annoyed. It took 3.5 days to complete. the project. I would recommend them to any and everyone looking for quality work. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I need roofing/roofing repair services, I'll be reaching out to them first. read more

Chase Construction did an excellent job installing a new roof and skylight on my house, garage, and shed. Jesus and his crew took their time and did the job right, which I really appreciated. The shingles were laid perfectly straight, and the flashing around chimneys, vents, and the new skylight looks flawless. The crew was friendly and cleaned up after themselves daily. Pricing was competitive plus Chase is a GAF master elite contractor, meaning you get a top tier Golden Pledge warranty from GAF which covers materials defects for 50 years, and workmanship defects for 25 years. This is a HUGE value add, and contractors have to put their employees through special training to qualify for this warranty. I would highly recommend Chase Construction. read more

Chase Construction lived up to what we hope for when hiring a local small business for a home project. Through out our project their communication was great - from our initial inquiries, to scheduling, and check-in with us after the job was complete. They stuck to the estimate provided, even when some extra materials were needed. Communication, pricing, quality, and customer service were all perfect. We hired Chase to install a SolaTube in one of our dark hallways and to patch a spot in our roof where a limb had gone through it during a windstorm. Even though our project was fairly small (compared to a new roof-sized project) they gave us plenty of attention. Thank you Chase Construction for a job well done-and for the kind thank you sent us in the mail! read more

Chase Construction NW Inc. Installed a whole new roof on our 1905 Gambrel roofed home and on our detached garage. They are a GAF-certified Master Elite steep slope contractor. During a 2021 install, the crew didn't follow / have access to the final job information/ quote (fixed after we spotted the issue), then messed up the skylight install (light tubes were not the same design and weren't vertical after second attempt - and were finally fixed by an another party). Then, in 2024, we noticed missing flashing around an area of the roof. We called Chase on 4 occasions to request a fix. Calls weren't returned, despite talking to the customer service representative 3 times, and no fix was provided by the Chase team (fixed by another party, again). A recent home inspection also showed issues with exposed nail heads on the ridge not being finished. While the roof doesn't leak, the details weren't there and follow up customer support is poor. Overall Chase was ok to work with, despite the problems. But after all the hassle and without longer term support, we're left leaving a poor review on yelp. Oh well. read more

Totally awful experience! It took them 2-3 entire months(!) in spring to install 2 skylights while we had to go live elsewhere or couldn't use the room where the skylights were being used at all. The installers were always late and didn't clean up after themselves. They tried to install poor quality skylights instead of just standard ones. They cut up the drywalls into small pieces in place of an entire whole piece. They placed the shingles in a disarray or none at all around the skylights. All this is what I only discovered when I was vigilant enough to climb giant ladders inside and outside. Can't imagine what else I didn't discover or what problematic installs they do for people who have no idea whatsoever. BTW, they strangely insisted that the skylights had to be installed on wet days instead of dry days. And yet it turns out, as I learned on the first time when a short storm hit that the skylights leaked. Though they did come out to check in they summer, they tried to intimidate me and intimate that I was making false accusatiions. When I said I will be hiring a third party inspector to expertly test the skylights, the installers told me that the skylights were not joined properly in the leaking corner. They refused to communicate whatsoever after the leak that got on to my furniture. What's worse is that the skylights are having issues again! They are now making strange crackling sounds like they are cracking! Chase Constructions (formerly known as Stoneway) will be responsible for the damage and inconvenience they caused earlier and later. read more

When contracting a service like a roof for a new home, it can be quite overwhelming. We rely on reviews, and word of mouth, that the contractors performing services will do the jobs they promise. I had the unique experience of having Chase Construction recommended to me by another roofing company, because I needed a metal roof for a home my parents were purchasing. There were several key factors that led us to choosing to work with them. 1.) Their communication was excellent. I called, got an appointment, and a phone meeting with the owner who was out of town at the time. I appreciate them working me in ASAP, as I was under a deadline for the homes inspection. 2.) Their bid was solid, and 20 percent less than their competitors bid for the same material. It was easy to understand what we were contracting, and I was able to confirm that we were comparing apples to apples. 3.) Their crew was wonderful on site. They were on time, worked really hard, picked up their trash, raked for nails, they were friendly, and it was just a great group of hard workers. We really appreciated them. 4.) The job completed on time, as promised, and on budget. The roof looks beautiful, we got everything we payed for. But we got something more..... 5.) I really have to say that Joel (the owner) is a particularly wonderful person. I wasn't setting out for lifelong friends with our contractors, but what can we do? We love this guy! He's someone you'd be lucky to work with & I trust what he says and what he does. He's one of the few, that remind me how great people can be in this world. Thank you Joel, and all your crew. We couldn't have had a better experience. Although I don't anticipate needing another roof for my folks in this lifetime, I will continue to recommend you to our friends and family! read more

We had some urgent repairs needed for a concrete tile roof on a house we had just purchased. Chase Construction was one of the few roofing contractors in the greater Seattle area that were willing to work on our roof. They were able to come out for an estimate quickly and complete the work without us needing to be home. They have a one year workmanship warranty so I feel comfortable reaching out to them if there are any issues that we did not notice. Communication and professionalism were great from beginning to end. I highly recommend Chase Construction! read more

We were replacing our roof for a future solar installation. We got several GAF master elite bids but Chase was the only one that offered to install the ice and water shield over the entire area of the roof where the panels were to be installed to minimize water penetration due to the hardware that would be mounted through the shingles to the roof rafters. We had some other drip edge/gutter challenges based on the previous style of roofing. Chase was able to make the modifications needed to prevent us having to replace our existing gutters. They also installed gutters within the scope of the job, and they turned out far better than I had expected. Thank you, Chase Contruction, for the professional service. read more
