I've only attended concerts here over the last several years. Each time we've taken the Muni Metro T line directly to Chase. The station stop is directly across the street from Chase. Last night's concert was Lionel Richie & Earth Wind & Fire. However there was a medical emergency with a band member of EWF. This occurred between 5:30pm - 6pm according to reports. He was taken to the hospital. It wasn't until 7:20pm that Chase announced the concert was canceled ten minutes before the 7:30pm concert start time. Many of us had been waiting in line before 6:30pm when doors were to be opened. Couldn't we have been advised sooner? Speedy recovery to the EWF drummer.
In terms of a venue with good sound for a concert, yes this is good. Now in terms of finding convenient parking that doesn't cost an arm and a leg...good luck. Luckily this time around we found parking less than half a mile away that was free as some street parking is free after 6pm. But you gotta give yourself a lot of time to circle the blocks and read signs! Especially for the Pay for Parking areas may or may not be allowed. We did end up getting food that night and it was a fried chicken sandwich and a fried chicken salad of which were basically the same except one had more slaw as the salad base and no bun. I would highly recommend not getting the salad if you're not good with vinegared slaw and/or slices of jalapeno that I could not see in the dark. Don't forget utensils and sauces before you enter if you end up eating at your seat as it is kind of hard to get in and out of the seats. It does get pretty steep at the top. This time round our seats were the second to last row in the second tier so we were basically in the furthest seats. Remember to get your earplugs from customer service as it's always good to protect your hearing. Otherwise, I don't prefer going here as parking is just super hard and paying $75 for the parking garage is insane. But when you get tickets to see a show you want, you just try your best.
Super easy to get to, restaurants around, will say it's massive, but also handicap accessible. Uncles in a wheel chair and man were they on it for him. Drinks were expensive. Surprise I left with my arm and leg because prices felt like I needed give them that haha
I've been here multiple times, mostly for concerts. This time, I was seeing a Valkyries game. The atmosphere was incredible! Venue is easy to navigate around, even when packed. Excluding the crowd, it looked pretty accessible even if you have a wheelchair as the walking areas are wide and there's multiple exits and entrances which they open up for people to go through. I haven't had an issue with getting in any of the times I've been here for an event. Food is alright, with your standard fare you can mostly expect at any American sports event. Luckily, there's plenty of other food places just outside Chase Center if you have time to grab a bite before heading in or after your event. Drinks are where it looks like they really make the most of their money, as the Chase Center bans any sort of liquid container past security, and drinks start around $8+ for the refillable soda cups and go from there. Transit here is either you brave trying to park your car nearby or a few blocks away, or you crowd onto the T-line or similar. If you are there for a game, your ticket gets you free MUNI rides to/from the game.
4++ Pretty new arena (as of 2026) that is primarily used as the home of the Golden State Warriors. I came here to watch a Nine Inch Nails concert on 3/15/2026. My brother, sister-in-law and nephew were going and I decided to get a last-minute ticket up in the nosebleeds. Typically I don't love going to really large shows and sitting at the very top, but I thought it would be fun to go with family. I'm sure my experience would be way different if I got in the premium areas. The sounds and visuals were still fun though. The new arena itself was pretty amazing. Pretty organized and great art around in different areas of the arena. Even though the place was packed, I still thought it was pretty easy to navigate around. It was also easy to find my seat. Would love to come back at some point to watch a Golden State Warriors game. I saw a game or two at the old Arena and would love to see how it would compare.
Checked out the fluffy show at the Chase Center 5+ yers ago, and we loved it, the show was great, though this place gets crowded and a bit intense. No major issues, sound system is great, overall a well managed venue
This was my second visit to Chase Center for an in-season game. That night they were celebrating educators and had placed picnic blankets and a neat-looking shirt on every seat. Just like their pre-season games, they run a very smooth system. Lines move efficiently at entry, and once inside, navigating the arena never feels crowded, even with a large crowd. After the game, while many arenas experience bottlenecks at exit, Chase Center has plenty of exit points, allowing everyone to leave smoothly.
I have now attended a Sara Bareilles concert and Valkyries game at Chase Center, and both events were well organized with efficient check in, helpful ushers, courteous security, and easy exit afterwards. There are so many great places to eat & drink within Chase Center (my favorites are Che Fico and Cupcakin Bake Shop, and I am excited to try Fikscue and Golden State Cider) as well as nearby (my favorites are Mission Rock Resort for a sit down meal and Somisomi for dessert). Can't wait for my next Valkyries game!
This review is for the food not the stadium! Came here for a concert and got the Bavarian pretzel. I was shocked to see how expensive the pretzel was and how they add a 6% surcharge to the already high prices. This pretzel ended up being $16.11! It was okay, not bad but not great either due to the pricing being so high. The nacho cheese was really artificial and didn't taste good at all. I probably won't be getting food from here again.
Awesome to have high school championship games on the NBA floor. Adds prestige and hype to the game atmosphere. Plus it's a neutral floor, so that's better for competition. Even with only a small portion of the arena available for spectators, it made for a great atmosphere. Staff was courteous and efficient getting through lines and throughout the arena. Restrooms were clean.
Came here to see Olivia dean last night and was fascinated that it can seat over 19,000 people! We were in a suite and the entire center was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and were persistent in making sure there were no crowds of people. Checking in with the ticket was smooth and I love that they have multiple places for merchandise purchases to eliminate the heavy traffic.
Stunning venue, go Warriors!! Came here for Hello Kitty night against the Bucks, where first 10k fans got a super cute Hello Kitty blind box. Around a 10 minute walk from the Caltrain station, so it was pretty convenient to make it into the city from the South Bay. Plenty of restaurant options surrounding the stadium, many of which were playing the game as well - would be fun to be there if you didn't have tickets to the game itself. Since we were early to the game, we had plenty of time to explore the large stadium. Sleek and modern on both the outside and inside, Chase Center is offers numerous vendor options from food, drinks, and snacks to interactive booths. Considering how large it was, it was super clean! We were in the 100s sections and the view of the court was great. Good acoustics and great energy. Can't wait to be back!
This was a great experience. I went back in Feb and it was very easy to get in and clean. The seating was good, easy to navigate, and spacious especially compared to the forum. It wasn't hot which was nice compared to other venues. Food was good and there were loads of different stands. Prices are as expected. Overall one of my favorite arenas for concerts and will return in Dec.
The site of the 2026 Pokémon Worlds finals! A leisurely stroll from Moscone Center to here took me about half an hour, though you can cut your time in half by taking the Muni. At the site of the arena was a big ol' inflatable Lapras available for photo ops. There's an outdoor stairway seating area across the arena, perfect to eat lunch or just relax in the shade. It was cool to see the banners for the Golden State Warriors, even though their history here is still relatively recent. By the time I entered the building, the TCG Juniors final was already underway. I was assigned to a seat in Section 112, and while folks were free to come and go as they please, seats filled up as the day went on. I ended up staying the whole time watching the fierce competition. The whole stadium dang near erupted when Takuma Yamazaki's Feint flipped the tables. After the battles were won, the audience was treated to musical numbers and surprise announcements, a Pokémon Direct of sorts. An awesome venue with great sound, lighting, and technical presentation to match. read more
Experienced this place for the first time for Pokemon worlds and it was amazing. Easy to get to using public transport from the Moscone Center. Just hop on the T line and it gets you straight to the center. There are many restaurant surrounding the front of the Center. They do have strict bag rules when attending an event. NO cameras, NO water bottles (plastic or personal) there is a bag storage and check in at the back of the center and it costs $10 to check it in so be cautious of that. The food is your typical game food and snacks, easy to eat like a hot dog, fries and nachos, and of course it is pricy. Also the lower portals from 1-12 has good views. Sat in Portal 10 when I was watching the competition. read more
This was my first time at Chase Center so I didn't know what to expect. I didn't realize that it's a huge event center that has plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping that is easily accessible! The area is also very well-maintained and clean. Inside the center, there are lots of food options but I will say that similar to other arenas and parks, it could be pretty pricey - expect to drop $25 on a fried chicken sandwich (which was delicious!) and around $8 for a water bottle. There are restrooms around every corner with multiple stalls, along with family & gender neutral restrooms. Seated inside, my vantage point was taken from the 200s section high up, where you can see all the screens but the court is further away. But with acoustics and views, it wasn't too bad and I was able to watch the game without any issues. Chase Center is beautiful and I can't wait to come back! read more

As someone who has been a Warriors fan since I was a kid, I'm not the biggest fan of Chase Center. Prices are pretty absurd and it's not #roaracle. That being said, the opening experience is engaging and fun. There are a lot of food and drink options, and experiences for everyone. If it's your first time as a kid, they have a button for you. If you are the designated driver, you get a free soda cup. They have fun special giveaway days with cool swag. read more
Head to the Tanduay Bar at the Chase Center for a really good cocktail. It's made to order, nothing pre-mixed. It had a tamarind syrup that was just the right touch. Loved the cherries for added sweetness. Thank you for epic service! The Filipino rum hit the spot. read more

Beautiful Chase Center in SF in the Mission Bay Area. Can hold up to 18,000 people. No big back packs allowed, you must store it in a locker that'll cost you $10. No metal or plastic, full or empty water bottles allowed inside. Must purchase it inside. You can get your empty large Pepsi cup at the designated driver kiosk. Scan and download the app, enter your info, then you can fill it with free water or soda. A lot of people don't know this. I watched Journey and Toto concerts here. Plus my first Warriors game. Parking is expensive, a long walk from the Caltrain station. We took Waymo from home, most won't take the freeway, only side streets. You must be a regular to get freeway access. We took Uber going home. read more
Awesome arena to watch the warriors game right by the bay. Parking is horrendous, recommend taking the local transit to the arena. Lots to do around Chase center before the game or events including food, drinks, and shopping for warriors gear. Chase center city bistro is decent, hot dogs are cheap and good. The soft drinks are self-serve and you can refill your cups anytime. No outside food or drinks allowed, so you need to buy everything there. Some seats have blocked views, so beware when selecting your seats in the Upper levels! You get free Muni transit ride with a Warriors ticket! read more
I went here for the Laver cup. My wife was able to get tickets for Friday night's line up. We drove there and had to get a prepaid parking the week before. It was only a couple of blocks away so that was nice. It is really busy when they have any type of event here at the Chase Center. An added note. You get 5% off any purchase here if you use a Chase card . A great discount. The event started at 7PM and we got there early since I have never been to this event or this location. We were going to try and get a bar seat at Miller and Lux but forget it. Packed. We went to the merchandise store. Wow wall to wall people trying to get Laver Cup stuff. A tip is they have more vendors inside the center selling some of the same stuff. We were able to get a Laver Cup towel my wife wanted inside. It was sold out in the main store. One add plus to the Center was that we didn't have to wait to get in. They entrances all around the Center and we walked right up. It was amazing . We have to wait in line at our arena. This was the best. The food here is hella expensive but it's SF. A bottle of water was $8.50 Crazy. Our seats were in section 109 and they were great. The Laver cup was great and we had so much fun. read more
I've been to the Chase Center on many occasions, but mainly for concerts. I just so happen to be here for all the current pop princesses: Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter, and Tate McRae. Parking is very easy to find. The garage across the street is my go to, and it's simple to pay for. The overall arena itself is beautiful, and very modern. Open windows, a view of the ocean, and great eateries around the area. I love that the merch section is in front of the steps of Thrive City. They usually host watch parties or Warriors games as well in front of the big screen. I've sat in the nosebleeds and I've bee on the floor. The only complaint I have about this arena would be that if you're sitting high up for a concert, you will have an obstructed view no matter what. In the picture I took of Olivia, you can see objects coming from the ceiling that are quite literally blocking the screen. read more

4 stars specifically for watching our girls the Valkyries! The crowd and vibes are 10/10! Go cheer and enjoy a Valkyries game at the Chase Center! I've also attended Dinner on the Court and that was hands down one of the best events I've attended. It was a three course wine paired dinner with special guest legendary Draymond Green! So if you're looking for a unique event highly recommend Dinner on the Court. The Chase Center was a stellar venue for that event. Minus one star for not being better situated for easier public transportation nothing beats a direct BART station (Oakland Arena/ Colosseum). read more

I have spent several Christmases watching the Warriors at Chase and they do not disappoint (Chase Center not the Warriors). The staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming. The food and drink options are fantastic. The place is clean and they do such a fantastic job delivering a unique experience inside and out. Pro tip: Spend $30. on concessions and pay with your Chase credit card and get a $5. discount. read more
A good time to be had by all. The floor seats are amazing. I was fortunate to be treated by a friend for this occasion. Spectator viewing of Cardi B. They offered quite the selection of food. We dined on sushi and Mac and cheese at our seats. A full bar was available as well. read more

Chase Center in San Francisco continues to elevate the experience. After multiple visits attending multiple Warriors and Valkyries games has made that very clear. The ticketing system has improved tremendously and access is smoother and far more intuitive than before. Staff throughout the venue consistently demonstrate strong knowledge and helpful attitudes which makes the entire event feel well organized from entry to exit. Food options have also seen a noticeable upgrade both inside the arena and in the surrounding neighborhood offering a wide range of choices that fit different tastes and budgets. One inconvenience I encountered is that some entrances close without warning and having an entrance shut just as you walk up to it with an elderly dad forces you to walk halfway around the arena which is frustrating, a bit disrespectful as we were clearly visible there entire time walking up. Overall Chase Center has grown into a decent overall venue for live sports and the improvements are obvious to anyone regularly attending. read more
We were here for a Valkyries game and had the best time. Game started at 7:00pm but they start letting people in at 5:30pm. The lines to get in were long but they went fast. It was a very efficient and orderly experience. We found our seats first and then decided to look around for something to eat. I was really needing some water so I bought that first. $7.50 for a bottle of water is insane. But you really don't have any other option, so you pay. We got a slice of pepperoni pizza from Tony G's. What a disappointment that was. It was so overly greasy and hard to chew like it was dried up. Very disappointing. I will never get that again. We also got a soft serve ice cream that was fabulous at the same pizza spot. That was probably the best thing we had. We had great seats abs enjoyed the game. Customer service here is exceptional. Bathrooms were kept very neat and clean. Overall a great experience except for that pizza. read more

It was not bad but also not good. Comparing this place to intuit and crypto, i would say that it is in the middle. It isn't newish such as intuit but isn't as old as crypto aka staples.... I feel like it lacked something that would impress visitors... The center isn't as big as other places. Nosebleed seats are way up and are quite too far to see anything. Thankfully, i got seats in the 118 level that had access to what they call, club lounges. These are stalls that serve food and drinks that you buy. It basically just gives you easier access to rather than going out and having to go around farther during breaks. They have a bigger area here to buy alcohol as well and have toilet access that is closer compared to other seats in other sections. ..... their big screen isn't as advance as others as it is squarish/ rectangle in a way. I do like that they have sponsors and what not that giveaway free stuff but thats about it. Ow and parking is expensive better to take a waymo instead.... Plus food and drinks are expensive. Alcohol are around 20++ while snacks cheapest would be around 8-10 for fries. read more
Came for the Heart concert and they were fantastic! We were in the VIP section so no waiting at the concessions. Before the show we got a soft pretzel with nacho cheese and a couple slices of pizza. I had the cheese pizza and my husband had pepperoni. The pretzel was really soft and fresh, best I've had in a concert/game venue. Cheese was just regular nacho cheese but so much better than a little cup that you pull the lid off. Pizzas were New York style thin crust and a pretty big slice. My husband's had little cup pepperonis. Pricing was average for a show. Waters $9.50 read more

What a beautiful place! I watched its construction back then when I worked in the area a couple blocks away. It is good to see such improvements and development. It was a family friendly zone with people safely enjoying the space and conversing. Kids were running around, and parents were running around chasing them or bringing back takeout food like personalized delivery servers - back and forth - free of any charge or fees, of course. I was there reading a book in one of the lounge chairs while waiting for people. I have been here for a Warriors game years ago when they first opened! Ah, memories! Thanks, Cuh! Inside, it's even more amazing and a modern marvel! Seeing the Warriors team was like seeing superheroes in real life! I grew up watching them on tv but never saw a game in person, so after decades and decades, it was a dream come true. What else? What else is exciting and new? I recently saw two concerts at the Chase Center, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga. Both shows were amazing and I love seeing them in concert. However, watching a show at the Chase Center is like a dangerous highway robbery. First, parking is extremely expensive in the area. If you want to park at the Chase Center, it is $75! That is insane and I rather spend that money on a dinner before a concert. Public transit is also a nightmare, so I wouldn't suggest that if you want to be crammed in like sardines. I bought my parking pass both times on the Spot Hero website for $26 and was able to park in a parking garage for 6+ hours at the Audi Premium Garage across the street from Oracle Park. It's about an 18 to 25 minute walk. There is no railings if you're sitting in the front row of the balcony. It's all glass and it is pretty low. I saw so many people lean against the glass and it is so dangerous. It made me anxious and nervous every single time. The S.A.P. Center in San Jose is over 30 years old but is more well-designed and easy to get in and out. Plus, there are so many inexpensive parking options, even free parking near the S.A.P. Center. The Chase Center is just not easy to get in and out. Don't get me started about the food at the Chase Center. I love Bakesale Betty and oh my God, the fried chicken sandwich does not taste anything like the Oakland location. The patty is thin like a McDonald's McChicken sandwich and it is $24! It's dry and the slaw doesn't taste anything like the one in Oakland. I have been going to the Oakland location for more than 10 years and seriously, the location inside the Chase Center is embarrassing. I also bought chicken tenders and fries and that was $22. It was dry, hard and cold. The fries were somewhat better and at least crispy. I can't believe I spent over $60 on just two items and a refillable soda cup. I could have spent that money at the Oakland location and be more satisfied. Eat before the concert and don't waste your money at the food options there. I looked up old news articles about the Chase Center and yes, somebody has passed away at the Chase Center from a fall and also multiple injuries throughout the years. But yeah, for a new arena, it's poorly designed and even the far upper seats has a very terrible view. I felt sorry for people who paid over $200 a ticket for a view that is obstructed by all those things on the ceiling. Came here for Warriors vs Blazers preseason game and had a blast. Doors opened at 5:30 pm, but the lines were super long and packed maybe due to the Curry Allstar mvp bobblehead giveaway. The team at Chase always do great job keeping the lines moving when entering the arena. When you need helping finding your seat they are very helpful. Had seats in the 200's but still the view of the court is great. The game was regular preseason game until the 4th quarter. Dubs were down almost the whole game and came and won it. Always a great time when you're at Chase center. Looking forward to coming back for another Warriors game. read more
I went here for a Golden State Warriors basketball game in 2021, a volunteer event for University of San Francisco's senior sendoff in 2022, and then again for a Pitbull headliner concert in 2023, so I have been to this location for different reasons during different seasons. but, every time that I come here, I struggle to get here because the bus routes do not lead directly to here and the bus is so crowded that I cannot get off on the correct stop right away :( parking is a nightmare, so cannot imagine what it is like to drive here. guess that is why it is so expensive to do rideshare to and from this location. anyway, I like that this spot is decorated with a big and bright Christmas tree that stands outside of the entrance every winter. I did my senior 1 semester clinical at UCSF Mission Bay, so this was place was always a nice sight to open my eyes to when I would walk out the door. I appreciate the diverse array of events that this place holds , but oh my gosh, the logistics and planning to make it to and from is just...not worth it. also, the security line check-up is so disorganized because guards did not do the greatest job to ensure that there was no shortcutting, especially from the big groups :/ read more
Got invited to watch Laufey in the suites and the view was amazing. On a separate occasion I got seats on second level and the stairs are steep. Outside the venue there are plenty of vendors; which I recommend instead of inside the Chase Center itself bc they definitely lock you out (no in and out privileges) and force you to buy their overpriced drinks etc once inside. Staff kind and helpful in navigating us to the shortest lines for merch. Bathrooms clean. Recommend to bring quality earplugs to protect your ears from how loud it gets as my watch alerted me a few times read more

Very organized concert experience. Went for an Olivia Dean concert.. "the art of loving" they had a great crowd. Chase Center had everything handled smoothly despite the big crowd. read more

Can you still access the parking garages after midnight and leave? Going there for a concert soon and not sure what time it will end.
Can only answer about 1300 Owens which is open until one hour after the event ends. Lots are case by case and event by event basis.

Check the website for size requirements but you can bring a small regular purse to Warriors games. Other events and certain concerts will only allow see through bags.

If you insist on parking get the prepaid parking. Or take the bus in. That's free with your event ticket.
What are covid procedures like if you don't want to bring your vaccination card? I don't want them to record any information off my card if I have the photo stored in my phone.
You can use a photo of your card. My son and I did that last week at a Warrior's game.

Yes, masks are required during the show. You can take off masks to eat or drink. Inside there are some spaced out tables near the bar to eat/drink. Vaccination is checked outside before security check.
Can you get in the area without the tickets?
Yes as the team store, bar, and restaurants are outside of the arena.
What is the seating like for a stand up show? Are the upper seats too far from the stage to see the comedian?
Varies from show to show, however plan on fully seated. Not really a bad seat in the house at the Chase Center.

They enter same side as the press boxes. Announcers are off floor now. Visiting team comes out of another corner.

I don't think there is a set time for any live event.... It depends on the performer/performers themselves and what contractual obligation they have with the venue.…
Would you recommend public transportation or driving ?I have a parking pass with my ticket just debating about driving or Bart for the game first time going ? Thanks you guys I ended up driving it was smooth in and out 👌🏾
Parking pass if u have one Bart looked packed. We park a few blocks away and it is a nice walk and easy in and out as for driving we have no problem with to many crowds.
